Bubbles & Suds Laundromat

Great laundromat! Clean, clean, clean!!! Fully automated, and friendly, good staff and management. I’m so happy it’s only around the corner from my apartment.

Great service and staff. Highly recommend the scheduled pickup.
However, it would be more convenient if the pickup windows were 1 hour apart instead of the current 2-​hr window.

These guys have been great so far.
Myself and my family just moved to the neighborhood. We found them online and scheduled a pickup. One of the best things we saw is that they don’t have a huge window, usually only 1 hour unlike some that have up to a 5 hour window. Also, most of the time they are able to drop your laundry back off the next day!
The driver was very friendly and he even picked up some laundry from my bro-​in-​law while he was here without making him schedule it in advance. Their laundry bags are also nice and thick so no chance of ripping them. Overall, this will be our new regular laundry service!

Omar, the owner, personally reached out to me shortly after I posted my review. He listened to my concerns and explained what may have happened was due to the fabric of my clothes. He apologized, assumed full responsibility and offered to fix it in any way possible. He maintained good communication and followed through. Accidents happen. It’s how you deal with them that counts. Omar, has shown that he is an honest man who takes pride in his business. I will continue to do my laundry at Bubbles and Suds because as I mentioned in the previous review, it’s a clean, modern laundromat with friendly workers. Now I can safely say, if there’s a problem Omar will do his best to make it right.

A bright, clean, organized, atmosphere, with the friendliest staff you could even begin to dream of! Whether they’re ringing you up, talking to you on the phone, or picking up your laundry at your door (love that service, and you can even schedule it on your smart phone!) they are all so cheerful, helpful, and enthusiastic, they make working in a laundromat seem like anyone’s dream job! I’ve never actually done my own laundry here – having two small children makes drop off service or pickup and delivery a no-​brainer alternative for me, especially when the prices are so reasonable. My laundry is almost always done within 24 hours and before the date I’m given. I’m so fortunate to live a few blocks away, but eve if I moved across town, I’d still be using they’re services. I’ve never been to another laundromat in all of NYC that even begins to live up to Bubbles n’ Suds.

My husband and I just moved to the area and used this wash and fold pickup/​delivery service recently. We had a fantastic experience!!! The delivery and pick up guys were SO polite and friendly, and the laundry came back smelling great and neatly folded. We also really appreciate the ease of scheduling this all online! Now that we know we can count on Bubbles and Suds, we have definitely found our regular laundromat.

In terms of neighborhood laundromats, this place is definitely the #1 option. They text you when your clothes are ready, the have ridiculously friendly service, the owner is always around, they treat your clothes great and fold them perfectly without being sloppy. They are willing to accommodate any requests you have in how you want your clothes washed/​dried/​folded. The place looks very clean and they accept credit cards. What more can you ask for?

This place is service with a smile no matter what time I come by to drop off my clothes they are always super nice and quick. I love that I get all my socks back, everything is folded nicely and smelling great. They are very reliable if the ticket says a date and time it is ready on time and there is always some offering my husband a hand to bring the bags into the car. I haven’t used the pick and delivery service but I have seen the gentleman in my building and he is always smiling and very polite. If your clothes need washing call Bubbles & Suds or drop by… they are awesome

So far, we love it! Pick up and drop off were right on time and the laundry was fresh and clean :-)

I live about a mile away from them and LOVE LOVE LOVE their delivery service. Gabriel, the driver, is SUPER friendly and never had any issues with carrying our 40+ lb loads up four flights of stairs. (We always tip him $ 5 or more.) They do a GREAT job at folding our clothes, and they always come back smelling like Gone With the Wind.

Favorite laundry spot in Bay Ridge!
Washers & dryers always super clean, never a wait to use and the owner & staff are super nice! They also have three flat screen TVs, music to listen too while you fold and a kids activity area for families. Plus they have even cheaper prices on Wednesdays and every night after 10pm. Oh and bagels and coffee on Sunday mornings. Gotta love that!

I like this place. It’s clean and consistent and the staff is always available to help… if needed. It’s a step up from other local laundrys that I’ve used in the past.
I will say that as a former business owner, the one thing that stands out is that the owner is always there. At least, I think he’s the owner. You can tell he cares about the quality of his product and it shows.
The place is great. The only negative for me is that sometimes I see kids climbing into the laundry baskets with their shoes on and I see people put their dirty clothes in the basket. If the staff see the latter of the 2 happening they’ll say something, but I haven’t seen kids kicked out of a laundry basket yet. Now I sound like a curmudgeonly old man. lol. This place is great. You should go! It’s leaps better than the places in the immediate area.

I just wanted to take a moment to give credit to this wonderful establishment. I’ve been using This laundromat since October 2014 and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of their work, the friendly staff, and the owner… Omar.

This place is great, fast, efficient, and inexpensive. its actually about the same price to have them do your laundry than to do it yourself. the folding job is immaculate! The girls and women who work here are super nice and patient. The laundry is ready the next day!

I have been using this service for about 2 months now and it is amazing! Not only are they prompt with pick up and delivery, but the staff is extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. I will continue to use this service and cannot wait until they offer dry cleaning service as well.

I used Bubbles & Suds for the first time about 1.5 months ago after another service was scheduled to pick up my laundry and just never showed. The delivery guy came on time, even when I called and asked for pick up «as soon as possible.» Drop off was equally as smooth.
Unfortunately, two pillowcases were missing. When I called Bubbles & Suds about it, a manager returned my phone call right away and went in search of the pillowcases. He called a few days later and while they hadn’t been found, he did give me a discount on my next visit or offered to reimburse me.
He was so nice and sincere that I decided to use the service again and scheduled online pick up. I got everything back, folded, and clean. I am very happy with the service and will continue to use them.
The best thing is that I can hand over an entire bag of clothing marked for hang only and it’s not a problem. Everyone is so nice and professional and very easy to work with. I’ll be using them for the foreseeable future for sure.

The service is great but my last came back with my darks all filled with dust! I am disappointed and hope it’s only one time occurence esp since they have such great reviews. Since the owner omar is so nice and pick up service is good I am going to give them a chance. Hopefully I don’t get anotherom bag of dust and white hair. So gross!
Update:
Omar, the owner was extremely responsive to this and personally called to apologize and resolve this issue. That is rare now and days among businesses and for this I am changing my review to 5 stars. I understand mistakes happen once in a while and not looking detrimentally harm any business, but I appreciate the attention he garnered towards this and for that it tells me he cares for his business and customers greatly.
