Great, clean burgers(not oily). But I’m pretty sure this location has closed down.:(

The burger taste different, taste more of a modern spin to burgers. I ordered the Fuji burger, it was over sauced and taste borderline too salty, still bearable. Will come back and try again though.

Place used to be great. I am a grad student at NYU. This was always a place that I hit regularly. It was quick and easy, with really good burgers. The staff was always friendly and attentive They have really fallen off of late. They have had a B rating for health inspection for the last 6 months. The staff is apathetic. I give it another shot every month or so, but I think this is my last time. Last 2 times I have come in. The entire staff was talking on phones and couldn’t be bothered with boring things like doing their jobs. Place still does use quality ground beef. Even though the staff is much slower than before, it is still pretty quick. It is still a restaurant quality burger in a fast food setting. They have a big menu, but they seem to never have ingredients for some of their unique offerings. Place has potential but the staff is mostly unsupervised. Good manager could turn it around. Sake Burgers are fantastic.

Pretty average place for a burger. I just had a cheeseburger with lettuce and tomatoes, and the ingredients themselves were nothing special. Maybe the specialty burgers are better, but don’t come here expecting anything gourmet.

The burgers are okay, but I implore you not to buy anything chicken related from this place. It is worse than cheap, frozen, grocery store chicken patties. The one chicken sandwich I attempted to eat from them has turned me off of this place for good, which is unfortunate because I live upstairs.

I ordered delivery. They completely burnt the bacon(which I paid extra for) completely black. AND they forgot to bring the soda(which I paid 1.75 for) The burger tasted alright though.

Arrived around 12:45pm to pick up a quick lunch and was really craving chicken tenders. The place wasn’t busy, a few customers. It’s a rather small value with a couple of tables, but I did like the long table with high seats on the side. I felt the place had a good vibe as I was waiting for my food. It took about 10 minutes — which was slow — or because I was hungry and impatient IDKXD. When I brought it back to my desk at work it was still very hot — but in terms of flavoring it was ok — had better. They were pretty big pieces but I wished they were thicker in terms of meat — that way you taste less of the breading. Overall, ok for the price — $ 6+tax for 6 pieces. Should probably try one of the burgers and the sweet potato fries next time though xD

We ordered a medium-well burger. It was cooked medium-rare. We ordered a Dr. Pepper and it was watery. We were told it wasn’t, based on a running of the fountain and a quick glance at it. We got a refund. The cook yelled at my wife and started arguing with her. He was 10 feet away from the refund, which was being transacted calmly, and the cashier even apologized. I told him in spanish to please not argue with my wife. I’m glad I’ve left my confrontational days behind me. It wouldn’t have ended well. How this flies in this sort of establishment is beyond me.

Great burger spot. You can customize your burgers with a variety of toppings and flavors. They have sliders, small bites, and salads if you’re not in the mood for a burger. The food is always fresh, and the servers are friendly. With the University discount I receive it still doesn’t drive the price down to reasonable. It’s definitely not McDonald’s or BK and worth trying. I must add the shakes the shakes are really good as well. Give this place a try if you’re in the area.

Just another mediocre, wannabe-fancy burger joint. The price is reasonable if you just want a simple, plain burger. Adding a sauce is .35 cents and any topping/cheese will run you $ 1+ each. Add on fries & a drink and you’ll easily end up with a $ 15 check. The food was OK, not great. The onion rings are my favorite thing here, and you can have your burger cooked to your specific temp. But eating it was like playing a game of Minesweeper. There was so much gristle! One bite might be fine but the next would be totally inedible. And the fries had absolutely no salt. You can see that they try to step it up though. The bun is grilled on what looks like a panini press, and there are some not-so-average topping choices like sliced avocado. But I wasn’t impressed. Not worth it.

3.5 stars. Customized my own burger that included the beef patty, bacon, and chipotle mayo. Also ordered fries and a chocolate milkshake. After seeing the Unilocal reviews, I was honestly surprised by how much I liked the burger. The patty was cooked to the degree to which I asked it to be cooked(medium-well) and the chipotle mayo was delicious. The bacon was excessively salty, which I wasn’t the biggest fan of. The chocolate shake and fries were good, although they were both expensive. My total was almost $ 17, including the milkshake and order of fries. The cashier was extremely friendly, and I will probably come back sometime soon, although I definitely won’t spend as much money next time.

The manager(or owner) was tapping away at a register, and printouts were coming in a flurry… and yet he directed us politely to the poor very busy other gent running and taking orders — no inclination to serve the line. If I were the owner/manager, I’d get that line cleaned up quickly, but then again, at the speed the food was coming out, I guess they didn’t have to worry much about taking orders too slowly… Don’t order well-done to go… I had it all of 20 minutes to get home, and by the time I did, it was cold and rock-hard. Warming it up again meant only getting an even drier burger. Get it medium well or rare, I guess, depending on how daring you’d like to be. I had the Southern burger… not sure if it’s better fresh or not, but I didn’t like the bun much, it was too thick and heavy for the burger(I felt like more than 50% of my bite was bun, I’d rather the other way around with overflowing meat or toppings). For $ 8 I can’t complain too much — just a bit. 10% NYU student discount if you have it. Overall, just disappointed. Will probably hit up the 5 Guys down the way, go up to get a Shake Shack burger, or if I’m back in NJ, grab some Smashburger.

This is the place to go if you’re around Washing Square Park and you want some good ol’ American burgers. I got a cheeseburger here, with regular fries and a milkshake. Everything was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. The place is a bit small but there are several tables, and it is clean. I’m a fan!

When we’re having a hectic day at work or its a lazy Saturday… we call Burger Creations. Pretty decent burgers. Average prices and decent service. Not the fastest, but they’re not slow either. So far I’ve had the following: Parisian burger [pink peppercorn crust, smoked bacon, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and signature sauce] 4 stars Philly burger 5 stars Southern burger [smoked bacon, grilled onions, monterey jack, lettuce, tomato, bbq sauce] –not a fan of bbq burgers but I liked this one, 4 stars Hotdog –normal, nothing special but good 3 stars Sweet Potato Fries –you have to eat it right away. They’re wedge slices and not thin so they get soggy pretty fast. Flavor is good though, I really like it. 4 stars Chicken wings — good, 4 stars If you’re around the area and you’re looking for a burger fix, try this place.

Sweet potato fries were hot but soggy! A friend and I were contemplating on where to go for dinner last night. After limited choices of «affordable» dinner options around the NYU area, we decided to check out Burger Creations. I ordered the grilled chicken burger with a side of sweet potato fries. My friend got the original burger, which looked great as well. The burger itself was juicy and good enough to eat, BUT my sweet potato fries were soggy! I wish I liked this place, but don’t know if I’ll go back for the sweet potato fries. Maybe I’ll order their regular fries if I decide to go again.

I came here for lunch, and I liked the burger. Fries had too much batter but it was served hot and crispy! I am giving it 3 star because my coworker’s burger was severely undercooked, and I don’t think I would come here for burger when there is Silver Spurs down the block! Sorry for advertising others, but this is what Unilocal is for, right? You read my review and make your decision!

I got a beefburger combo meal with fries and a drink The total price after tax was $ 10+change. Ehhh that’s kind of pricey for a burger combo no offense. However, i have to admit the fries and burger were mighty tasty. The burger was flavorful and moist. It was cooked a bit unevenly. I asked for a medium burger and it was medium for the most part but some parts were more like med. rare. The veggies are fresh tho… the lettuce tomato and red onions. The bun is a bit too buttery for my taste. My hands got pretty greasy trying to hold it. Their fries are moneyyyyyyyyyyyyy tho. Fried to perfection.

As a new vegetarian, I tried their veggie burger, and it was quite hearty. The buns are a bit too large, but there are ways around that, of course. Furthermore, the sweet potato fries were very good — not too oily and just the right amount of sweetness. 10% NYU discount, people!

A really nice treat if you have the time to wait for your order. The place is easy to find, clean, and has an open feel due to the pleasant décor and efficient set up. Today’s cashier didn’t exhibit much of a personality. But she, too, was efficient and didn’t give me a hassle about my coupon. My mini Saki Burgers were EXCELLENT! Though the cashier didn’t ask me what temperature I wanted the burger, I forgot to specify. So we’ll call it even :-) Still, the burgers came out a medium temperature that I actually liked. I usually order medium-rare…but this medium was still very succulent. Overall, I’ve not tasted a burger like this before. All of the flavors balanced very well. And the grilled brioche roll was a perfect kicker! The wings were fried extra crispy, per my request. They serve five wings with each order. The blue cheese dressing was thick, flavorful and had a few chunks here and there. The hot sauce was VERY nice(and this is coming from a HUGE wing snob, y’all!); it tasted vinegar-based with a touch of butter mixed in for texture. I don’t know if they serve it the same way for dine-in…but they were smart and didn’t toss my wings in the sauce. And they were smart enough to vent the container to avoid Soggy Steam Syndrome. So the wings were still crispy when I got back to the office. PLUS they gave a HUGE portion of sauce! There was plenty left over to take home. The choco milkshake with brownie bits tasted almost as good as Ben & Jerry’s. My only complaint about the shake was that its a smallish size for the price. Side bar: I loved that everything except the sauce containers and milkshake cup were paper-based. Yay for Earth-friendly packaging(follow up with paper– or corn-based cups and you’re golden, BC)! Also, big props to the grill guys for taking extreme care in all of the food they prepared. I watched them pay close attention to every aspect of every order they made. My only overall qualms were that: 1) They’re set up and advertised as fast food… but it took 15 minutes for me to get my order. This caused me to go into overtime for my lunch break. The guy who ordered after me actually received his order first. Fortunately the cashier had the foresight to put my shake in the freezer until my entire order was ready. But this took away from their«fresh milkshake» angle. 2) They only had one guy on grill and one guy on the fryer at the peak of the weekday lunch rush. I forgave these things after taking my first bite of food. Just know that you’re best calling your order in if you’re in a time crunch. When as is said and done, I’ll go back if I’m in the area.
