Very friendly guy read me the baked good roster, which didn’t include the Rosemary Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie I’d come for, so I settled for the Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie(Oat Current Golden Raisin), which wasn’t a bad way to drop $ 3, but not something I’d recommend dropping by for explicitly. Congrats, you earned your first star! Earn 9 more stars and get: $ 4.50 off your next purchase

This coffee shop is being slept on — the coffee has never been less than great. The staff is super patient with questions and have crazy knowledge of their coffee beans and techniques. Be mindful that this is a slow cup of coffee, so thoughts expecting to run in and out should be erased from your mind. Always bring friends and family from out of town and they love it. The people there are now like family and getting a cup of coffee is a welcome break from the soho crowds.

A million thanks to César Vega for the unforgettable La Andrea — the beans that clear signature is placed behind, so much effort is spent, and so much pleasure I enjoy every morning. I’ll definitely come back for it.

Loved this place for the SUPERB Nicaraguan coffee. Excellent lavender shortbread & easy conversation with Siobhan the barista. Kind of perfect in an unlikely clothing store.

Great fuckin coffee! Barrista looks like he’s making the last coffee on earth! I love that kind of dedication!!! And even though he looks like the last hipster on earth, he’s well mannered and warm!

First, this place, the coffee = This whole Cups app has been an adventure so far. I wish there was a space for me to review the Cup friendly locations to fellow Cuppies*(*not an actual thing), but there is unfortunately no option for that. This shop is THE reason that I wanted to try out Cups. I’ve only had a chance to stumble into a few Cup vendors so far but I am going to have to start being more picky now that I’ve been here. The history of Café Integral is worth taking a few moments of your time to skimm: But if you are feeling lazy, here are the highlights: –Boutique Microroaster(roast in small batches in Upper Manhattan) –In business for 3 years –Source coffees from four regions in Nicaragua –There’s a little shop where you can buy anything from roasted beans, to dark chocolate, to bespoke travel coffee gift sets, to wholesale beans( and frankly the prices are reasonable!) Really, what you oughta do is just go to the café and sit down at the bar to have a coffee and a chat with César. He’s extremely approachable and obviously loves coffee/his job. I’m still in learning mode when it comes to coffee, so I just try so sponge up knowledge from people like César. Oh. The coffee is damn good. Footnote: Look for the sign out front, since the café is located inside of American Two Shot**(**I went in for the coffee but the clothes were precious and the cards were quirky).

A hidden gem in Soho! I had the special they were serving ‘The Olivia’($ 5). It was a mix of espresso, almond milk, date sugar and cinnamon. A small cup, but definitely worth it! This espresso was absolutely delicious(probably one of the best I’ve ever had), a very high quality cup of espresso! The barista was super friendly and I will definitely stop by the next time I’m in the area! Only down side was that its very small place! There are only about 4 – 5 seats around the bar and when I went most of the seats were taken. Other than that one of the best coffee bar I’ve been too!

This might be one of the best cafes in NYC. No wait, I think they have the best coffee in this city. I know that’s subjective, but one thing I pride myself on is coffee, and so far their cappuccino is the best I’ve had. You can smell and taste the quality in each cup.

Pretty hip coffee shop but it is pretty hard to spot if you are just walking on the street. PS. It’s within the American Two Shot clothing store in SoHo

Café Integral NY Manhattan Soho 11am Thursday 18th June 2015 Five Stars This café is in the middle of American Two Shot. On this drizzly summering day, I ordered a pour over using my Cups App. The barista gave me two options. I chose the lighter fruitier bean because I wanted it black. She took a pre-weighed mason jar, grinder the beans, heated the water, and slowly pour it over the grinds. I decided to sit at their counter at one of four bar stools and enjoy the coffee there. She gave a gilbraltar glass of water. Then set down a 8 ounce or so pitcher and a short mug so that I could leisurely enjoy my coffee. The coffee was light, fruity, and very mellow. It was a great experience with a couple laugh and an expertly made cup of coffee.

Amazing delicious Nicaraguan coffee! It’s inside American Two Shots store & right on the entrance you’ll find the coffee shop. The staff is super friendly & accommodating to your coffee taste. Next time your in soho try the Nicaraguan coffee.

One of my favorite coffee shops in New York! I always go out of my way to stop by whenever I’m in Soho! It’s a super subtle place in soho(it’s within American Two Shot — clothing store), so I only happened to stumble in when I was eyeing one of the outfits through the window. The coffee itself is fabulous, and their baristas are super friendly and are really great. I also LOVE the cookies they sell here! I believe they get it all from downtown cookie company, which i absolutely love. I don’t know why they taste so good, but they serve the best cookies in all different flavors! My favorite was the lavender, but Café Integral stopped selling those :(.

Tiny coffee shop inside a clothing shop. Not a place to sit for hours and read a book or mingle but definitely a great place to enjoy a good cup of cappuccino. You’ll know when it’s good coffee when it’s not bitter and literally smooth, not like a cough medicine. I enjoyed watching the barista prepare my cappuccino, as if watching a science project. Good coffee does NOT need sugar!

unique location in a boutique hip apparel store. The coffee that they brew here is fragrant. I ordered the Americano and i felt it was very rich in its coffee flavor — great quality coffee! It’s a great little coffee bar to stop by if you’re around the area and just want to relax without the hustle and bustle of other popular cafes in area.

Delicious coffee!!! Not a lot of space though, it’s inside a small store! Would stop by again though. :-)

Coffee here is pretty delicious, however there are so many times where my wallet cries after buying capps from here. It is really small, but I know I am really paying for the quality of the espresso. Sometimes the barista gets filled with a bit of angst, don’t know why. Perhaps I’m misunderstanding the person, but smiling would make me feel a bit better for paying so much for your drinks. Thank God it accepts the CUPS app.

Tried to make up the caffeine that I failed to consume on Xmas. This newly found spot in soho satisfied me. Took one&one and a latte.

This joint is tiny, tiny, tiny! The boutique it sits within is super over-the-top trendy. I felt too self-conscious to stay long. The coffee master is friendly and patient. Drawings on the wall are worth studying. But I wouldn’t read a book there. Caution: you should not bring a crowd. Heck, bringing a friend is like volunteering to do a performance piece. But if seeing and being seen floats your boat, this is the perfect boat for you!

Stumbled across while just walking through. Never would’ve thought it was a coffee place. It looks like an ordinary clothes store but when you walk in you see the bar. There’s only 1 barista and he took his TIME. Good old time. I was kind of annoyed because I needed to get back to work but as soon as I took a sip, I realized it was WORTHIT.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the city. Not sure why it’s taken this long to write a review, but better late than never! Tucked inside the clothing boutique American Two Shot, Café Integral has remained my favorite coffee shop in the sea of Soho coffee shops, bc it consistently has the perfect combination of friendly baristas and quality, smooth clean coffee. I usually get a pour over, where they grind the beans and prepare it for you on the spot, but they also have other espresso, coffee(and tea) options. For those with a sweet tooth, they also sell delicious baked goods to go with the coffee! Also of note is they specialize in Nicaraguan coffees, and are involved in every aspect of their coffeemaking process from visiting farms to experimenting w/roasts, all of which is reflected in the quality of their coffee. If you haven’t been yet, check it out!

A perfectly quaint spot for coffee in a spot that normally might invoke skepticism just by looking through the window front knowing that there is a clothing store inside. The most appropriate description about Café Integral is definitely«shop within a shop» coined by Brad V. Once you get beyond that, what you will find is a terrific coffee shop that offers amazing pour over coffee and Nicaraguan espresso that is unmistakably aromatic and smooth upon the moment you sip it. Of course, the icing on top comes with a lovely barista that you can talk coffee with for hours(if you enjoy that like I do). Five stars for a combination of great coffee/espresso(which is also sold by the bag), a delightful barista, and choice of mugs and coasters courtesy of West Elm. Those mugs are very well designed.
