Their crepes or french toast breakfasts are probably my two favorites in the neighborhood. They put lots of fruit on top like kiwis, banana, blueberries, and others. It’s refreshing to have a fresh, healthy breakfast. Dig it.

Pros: They have healthy options. Cons: Food is not made fresh. They are inconsistent with their food options. Food made me sick. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Experience: I work near by and during my lunch I saw one of my co-workers eating a chicken quesadilla that looked delicious! I asked her where she got her food and she said«Café Saffe» which was a skip and a jump away. I quickly headed over there and ordered a chicken quesadilla from a female Asian woman. Our conversation went something like this: Me: «Can I order a chicken quesadilla please.» Lady: «We don’t have chicken quesadilla.» Me: «What? My co-worker just got her chicken quesadilla a few minutes ago from here. Did you just run out?» Lady: «No. We don’t sell chicken quesadilla. You pick from here.»(as she points at the refrigerator with pre-made sandwiches and paninis). I was disappointed. I was salivating for that chicken quesadilla. Looking at my watch, I already lost so much time from lunch and my options were limited. So I just reluctantly picked a cold chicken panini which they re-heated up. When I got my food and sat down… I realized that I was the only person in the place. I was so focused on ordering the chicken quesadilla that I didn’t pay attention to the environment. I never find it a good sign when the place is empty. As I was biting my bland chicken panini, I kept pretending it was a chicken quesadilla. It wasn’t that great. It didn’t taste fresh. I mean, c’mon. The place was empty, the panini was already pre-made then re-heated up, who knows how long that panini was sitting in the fridge before someone like me picked it. When I got home after work, I was sick. I spent some time staring and giving my offerings to the porcelain goddess(if you know what I mean). I had told my co-worker what had happened the next day and how they told me that they didn’t sell chicken quesadilla. She told me the same problem happened with a different co-worker who asked for chicken quesadilla and one day they told him they don’t sell it… then the next day they made it. I’ve never eaten at this place again. However, I do walk by it from time to time and it always seems like this place is empty every time.
