i sent my laundry out for wash and fold and i cannot reiterate how upset i am with the service.
My clothes came back so wrinkly, and some stuff was still damp. I also paid extra to have colors separated, yet my white sheets and multiple white tops had weird stains on them, PINK splotches, and were overall dingy like they had been washed with darks.
This is not the service I expected, since other reviews were so positive. but i will never be returning or bringing my business here again.

Followed these guys from their previous location for excellent tailoring but never used the pick up service for laundry. They followed directions beautifully, picked up and dropped off with a smile. Love them!

We have known John, the owner, for many years. He does a great job with the laundry and dry cleaning. Since our store just closed on Prince Street, we now call John and he picks up and delivers with no hassles. I highly recommend Callysta Cleaners!

I just started using Callysta’s laundry service and I’m very satisfied. The staff is friendly and my clothes are usually done before the quoted time. Apparently they use organic laundry detergent and fabric softener.
Also, they will accept packages! I’m thrilled that I can have deliveries shipped to them using their «doorman» service. Saves a lot of hassle if I’m not going to be home when I’m expecting a parcel. This service alone is worth a lot of peace of mind.
