Caroline Messer, MD

I recently called (in January, 2015) with significant distress from my diabetes. I was told her next appointment for me was in April.
in addition, Dr. Messer failed to try important medications which could have helped me reduce the number of injections I take. When I met Dr. Messer, I had been taking 5 injections per day Now I take 2.
Dr. Messer failed to recommend diet choices that could improve my condition (beyond the standard ADA diet which is very hard to implement). Instead other doctors recommended much better and easier diets which have lowered lower my insulin resistance and blood pressure,
If you want someone who will ignore you, will not even see you on a timely basis, will make sure you get out of date treatments and diets, will prescribe the wrong drugs, go to Dr. Messer. If you want good diabetic care, go elsewhere.
