First off, their selection of watches is incredible, it’s an oasis of diversity amidst all the single-​brand boutiques and hard-​sell watch stores in midtown. They also have quite a lot of variations on a watch to choose from, not just a single unit or it’s a four month wait for the color you really want… they have it or can get it in a flash. I purchased a watch that had a quality control issue and they had a replacement shipped from Switzerland in three days. If you know anything about watches this is unheard of, a Guinness world record for customer service. Very knowledgeable and also very buyer friendly, they want to sell you the watch you want and will work to get you a deal that will make you feel good about doing business here. Top shelf all the way.

i recently purchased a watch for my boyfriend for our anniversary and the staff were super friendly helpful and patient. i don’t know much about watches but the salesman, Sotero, really took the time to explain what i was looking at and which watch to purchase that best suited my needs. i ended up with a audemars piguet and my boyfriend was absolutely in love with it. They also gave me a great price! Next time i go back i hope i can get myself a piece of their jewelry! my mouth was watering over the beautiful selection of uniquely colored pieces. Thank you Cellini
