Not even one review??? I was taking advantage of the gorgeous, warm morning in MT West this sunny morning, just checking out Ramsay’s London, Dean and Deluca (yes, again), Petrossian café, Momofuku Milk Bar… when i happened across this store.
A relative had mentioned offhandedly how brilliant it would be if he could score himself a Tumi laptop bag. Well, in I went… and out I came a bit later, with exactly that in my hot little hands.
Customer service was above perfunctory, and friendly enough, considering the morning was just upon us… everybody just waking up! Me a risk taker; TUMI is a pricey, quality line, and no refunds accepted. only exchanges.
I rolled the dice, trusting in my own assessment of what relative would enjoy in terms of lines and design. Store practically across from Central Park.
PS Chuckling to self; i saved, cuz tax is more in my zip code than here! Odd realization…
