Champ Chairs & Tables

Ordered a few tables and chair. They were spotless and stands well. I’ve used them for a month and its still in good condition. The furniture’s are stable. I read the other reviews about «Not my problem». Why don’t you look thoroughly before accepting the furniture’s. Thats what I did.

I bought a few chairs here. And there were a lot of issues.
1. The legs originally was a different color. So, they painted over the legs with black paint.
2. The guy working insisted on loading the chairs into my car for me. Nice guy? I later find out when I take the chairs out of the car, the paint was still wet. And left paint on my car seats.
3. Quality was bad. Small cracks in legs. Uneven legs.
4. No refunds.
5. I called them up and they say its not their problem.
6. The paint (not even sure if it is paint anymore at this point) on the legs are still wet, and it has been 5 weeks.
My order number is 21 227. One good thing, the chairs were cheap. I will not come back. I suggest that you put the smallest deposit when purchasing. Do not pay the rest of the balance until you inspect each item thoroughly.

ordered 6 chairs there with a rush order. chairs came almost 1 week early. look great! owner dropped them off personally for a nominal charge (20 bucks). very reasonable prices. we had shopped 6 – 7 other places. but these guys were most helpful and responsive and had biggest selection of style. no problems w/​product so can’t comment on warranties, etc. but so far, highly recommended

Not a honorable merchant. I would strongly suggest you put as small of a deposit down on anything you order from them as they will not return it. They are cheap but the quality is not always there. If you have a problem, they will do everything they can to get you off the phone. Their company slogan shoulder be «Not my problem.» Read the receipts and you’ll understand. Buyer beware
