There were 5 employees behind the counter, and only one window open. The line was insanely long. Horrible experience.

Seriously the worst bank location, I waited in line for over an hour to be turned away. And when I went to a different location in 145th they were able to help. Smh and the manager was really rude the those waiting in line !

This branch needs to be better managed. The lines are INSANELY long. The ATM made a mistake on my check deposit and I am on a list of people waiting to be seen. There were 7 people ahead of me 15 minutes ago and there are STILL 7 people ahead of me. (UPDATE: I had to wait an HOUR to be helped, if it were not for a $ 500 ATM error I would have left and gone to another branch!)
They really should give business accounts preferential treatment over all of the personal accounts or have a team for them.

I like to avoid this location by any means necessary.
Unless you speak Spanish, expect to wait much longer than necessary to meet with someone. The staff are rude and are not tentative.
The staff behind the windows, however, work quickly, efficiently, and are respectful.

This has to be the worst branch in NYC. The teller lines & the customer service lines are ALWAYS insanely long and taking care of anything beyond basic banking (deposit & withdrawal) is almost impossible.
Thank God I can deposit checks on my phone & ATM machines (which also have epic wait times).
Hey JP, with some of your record quarterly profits, please properly staff this location.
