The tellers at this bank are literally the worst. Can’t count money for anything and offer some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Walk the three blocks to a different one. Worst chase in Manhattan!

Big banks are usually pretty hard to deal with — they try to charge you late and overdraft fees, and I’ve even received mail regarding a class action law suit against Chase claiming that they process your largest fees first in hopes of charging an overdraft fee.
But, Chase balances out simply on the fact that I can find a location within walking distance any place I go in the city.
I don’t use them for my savings account, but their checking account works just fine and I like being able to check my balance whenever I need to with their easy-​to-​use iPhone application.
