I had to go into this Chase branch last minute to transfer some money between accounts. To make a long story short, I only had 1 of the 2 cheque books with me (did I mention that this was a «last minute transfer»?).
The woman behind the counter seemed to take personal offense that she had to look up the other account number and made a much bigger deal out of locating that account number (as I had the card associated with the account with me, so she just had to write down the account number after I handed the card to her) and she kept sighing and making faces at me.
Not good customer service, imho.
Also, when I asked her to print out both account balances, she got upset about that as well.
Besides, they don’t seem to have coffee, although there is a coffee maker and supplies, odd right?
