Worst chase branch I’ve ever been too. You have to wait online for someone to tell you «sign a clip board to be seen by a rep» what is this a low grade medical/​dental office. Very rude very long wait only one person working at the desks.

Been with Chase for 12 years but terrible customer service at this branch gives me the push I need to move my account. As an institution, Chase offers the bare minimum to its customers and this branch is a prime example.

The customer service at this branch is very poor. I’m not sure whether it results from incompetence or indifference; I’m also not sure which would be worse.
Regardless, what you’re left with is a staff that only offers partial answers to your questions. If you are attempting to get a form completed or perform some kind of financial transaction (basically anything more complicated than a deposit or withdraw), you will often have to comeback multiple times because the staff can’t/is unwilling to explain the requirements.
You’re ultimately better off finding a different branch to work with. It will save you time and frustration.
