Changing banks is like moving to another deck chair on the Titanic as it’s going down… you can do it… but why bother?
Came here around midnight to use the atm… Theres about three atm machine… free of charge… Around the area theres about four chases banks beside this one… Area hard to find parking… street parking only… Good luck!

This place is a zero stars. The only ATM that worked was the one by the nastiest trash can in all of Chinatown. This bank stinks like Chinatown mixed with wet laundry that’s been sitting for a week. Plus all the BO from the tourists. Bam you got some type of weird never before smelled international stink.

Waited for a long time and nobody came to talk to me. Ppl here also don’t really speak English.

I do most of my banking online and through ATMs, so I rarely need to interact with a human being for my banking needs. I suspect that’s the case for many, except for those in Chinatown. Chinatown is a whole other animal, where most of the population may not read or speak English, and so they might need the assistance of tellers and customer service representatives to help them with transactions and financial decisions. Therefore, customer service in Chinatown banks is pretty important and vital to the business.
Came here with my mom to speak with a bank representative regarding some transactions for her accounts. I forget his title, but a representative, Howard, led us downstairs to his desk on the lower-​level office for our discussion. We found him to be warm, knowledgeable, and forthcoming about options my mom could consider, and provided us his insight and professional knowledge. I was there to help suss out any pushy sales pitches that might get thrown at my mom, but there was none of that.
We met Howard at around 5:30pm on a weeknight, and I believed we were there until past 6pm, which was past their closing time. He didn’t rush us, even as his colleagues were packing up to leave for the day.
Perhaps it was because the bank was slow during the time of our visit, but we did not have the experience the previous reviewer had. I was actually very pleasantly surprised.

A stormy Saturday early afternoon, yet the line for teller service is a mile long. Five windows yet only two active tellers are present for there were no managers in sight to assist with the line. Lack of prompt customer service yet friendly with a warm welcoming greeting.
