Don’t waste your time with these people. They never answer their phone and almost never respond to e-​mails, but worse than that, they never showed up with my order for my kid’s birthday. How horrible! Refer to the Better Business Bureau’s report on this company.
My voucher that I purchased from Trubates was legit and not fake as Marcel is trying to say, and I forwarded him the transaction receipt plus the e-​mail from Trubates stating that all merchants were already paid before going out of the deals business. NOT ONCE DID MARCEL ANSWER HIS PHONE OR RESPOND TO ME WITH REFERENCE TO THE EXPECTED DELIVERY!!!
