The best Chipotle in the city, in my opinion. The flavor and quality is always consistent here. For some reason they just taste the best to me! Plenty of room to sit and the employees are always nice. This is my reliable Chipotle! Love it.

THISISTHEWORSTCHIPTOLEOFALLTIME. I have never ever waited SO long for food, or had the food taste so disgusting. I was so sure I had gotten food poisoning from the janky ass chewy chicken. The workers were RUDE and would just leave the counter to go gossip with their friends. They worked slow, they were incompetent. I am honestly cannot believe the experience I had here, Chipotle, as a chain, is usually so efficient and the food at top quality but something is up with this chain. Seriously, the line was wrapped around the restaurant, and took over half an hour to move. But the most criminal is disgusting chicken they served me and my friends, I wish I had saved it so I could take it back and shut them down. I love Chiptole, I really do. But stay far far away from this chain, your life is on the line.

I LOVE Chipotle but I really need them to start wrapping our burritos better. My burrito falls apart most of the time. Grrr. But it’s still very delicious. Oh and they really need to fix their vending situation. This is the second time that the Sprite tasted like Seltzer water

Yes! Finally, those tasty big-ass burritos at Chipotle! We went here right after the visit of the Empire State Building, right at the corner. You walk in and order up front and make your picks. So I opted for a chicken burrito with brown cilantro-lemon rice, black and pinto beans, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and some lettuce. I also got mine pretty hot as I added salsa to it. The guys were quite generous cause normally you can either sour cream or cheese, pinto or black beans but we got a bit of everything! Niiiiiice! We also added a regular soda and yes, they serve it PIBBXTRA which you do not find frequently anymore. For this we paid 11 bucks including tax. Quite okay for this fat-ass and very tasty burrito! The personnel was very friendly and the place kinda comfortable — I mean we are talking fast food restaurant — so they are mostly not very comfy!

Love Chipotle so I wouldn’t literally go through all the horrible customer service and long lines just to obtain the goodness in a bowl. I went in 10 mins before closing and to my surprise they still had a long line of customers. Store closes at 10 apparently but it’s 10 after and I’m still waiting on line and it’s super packed. I think people, including my self, should start ordering online for in store pick up, only bad thing is, they probably give you smaller portions and you aren’t there to see your food being made. However, walking in and skipping the line straight for the register to get your food sounds pretty sweet. The employees need to be more friendly, smile and make more eye contact with the customers. Not everyone who comes to chipotle is a returner, we can’t understand you if you say«brown or white, black or pinto» within two seconds in a low monotone voice. Treat every customer like it’s their first time there.

This is the worst chipotle location I have ever been to and I eat chipotle on a weekly basis, sometimes more than once. The ingredients were not fresh(old /brown lettuce, soggy fajitas, cold chicken, 3 day old pico de gallo). The corn was ice-cold and threw off the taste of the salad, and the vinaigrette tasted off and it’s been consistent at a ton of other chipotles that I have been to. The kitchen area was also dirty compared to the standard chipotle, like the counters had not been wiped down once all day. Threw away my salad and left.

As with any chain restaurant, this isn’t that bad of a choice for a Midtown lunch. When you walk in during the lunch rush, the line is god awful long but moves quickly enough that it doesn’t take up much time. Once you reach the counter, one person scoops the rice or preps the wrap, then another to fill up with the toppings. The options are always fresh and even though it’s a generic scooping(no cooking at all) kind of place the flavors go well together. The steak and/or barbabcoa is the way to go as the chicken can be a bit dry at times. I like to have half and half scoops. Getting the guacamole isn’t worth it as the upcharge is pretty steep for not much. I only come here with a coupon that gives you two for the price of one with a co-worker which isn’t too difficult to obtain. It’s a steal for lunch when it is half price. The space is clean and the counter is always stocked with sauces and extra utensils.

Great establishment! They know how to get it done right. The staff at this chipotle are quick, they’re used to dealing with the lunch crowd during the weekdays so if you’re stepping out of the office, don’t be too intimidated by the line because it goes pretty quick. The assembly of your food is fast and everyone listened to me closely when I was there. I went on at noon on a Friday with two coworkers and there were enough table last for us to sit down, although I’m sure it’s busier other times of the week. I was disappointed, and this is the only reason I didn’t give five start, because all of the fountain soda dispensers were out of the syrup that is used to make coke takes like coke etc, sounds like a maintenance /quality control issue. Someone needs to check on that. Overall the place was clean, 34th street is a nice location for this chipotle, it’s close to penn station. I frequent this place for that reason!

I like the food here but every Salad comes with a romaine lettuce core. I have even written a letter to the corporate email to complain as I assumed it was a Training issue. Corporate responded saying that they would communicate my concerns but I’m not sure they did because it still happens frequently. Anyway lines are insane here frequently wrapping around past the soda machines but they do move quickly so don’t give up Food is fresh but they run out of chicken a lot during lunch and this slows down the line considerably, so they need to do something about that. I like that you can add veggies and there is no extra charge-guacamole is extra. Figure out a way to prevent the hot salsa from dripping into the mild please — when that happens Wow is it spicy!

Let me first start by saying I love Chipotle. I’ve never had a problem with the food at this chain, I think it’s delicious. However, the girl at this location who was working the evening shift, actually walked away from us because she didn’t want to deal with us as customers. She actually said, «This is why I stay at my own station,» as if we were being difficult. The only thing my boyfriend had said to this young lady was that he doesn’t normally get charged for rice on a soft taco. As someone who had worked as a waitress for 3 years, and in retail for 7 years, I understand what a difficult customer is, and that is never how I would want to portray myself to someone in the service industry. However, she didn’t even try to hide her attitude, she was quite rude and disrespectful, and I probably won’t return to that location solely because of her lack of proper customer service.

When training staff, it is not the best idea to place them in integral positions without supervision. I asked if the person wrapping by burrito was new because I saw it happen in real time. When I asked to have someone who wasn’t new wrap my burrito I got blank stares. The new guy who wrapped my burrito did it so poorly that it became a burrito bowl upon opening. Pair that experience with filthy tables and it was just a bad experience.

This location got a bit crowded but the line moves quickly. If you plan on going to the movies next door you may as well sneak some food in with you. The condiment section was clean and stocked. Lots of available seats and great customer service.

So I came for a burrito, and lemme tell you about the NONSENSE that happened here smh FIRST… They had no veggies. Who does that? It’s 7:30 in the evening. Are there no grocery stores in the neighborhood that sell green peppers and onions. How difficult would that have been to make that run? ANDTHEN… When I ate my veggie-less burrito, the rice was raw. Now I completely understand how difficult it is to man the grill, with chicken AND beef AND veggies to cook. Wait a minute, THEREWERENOVEGGIESTOWORRYABOUT! Maybe their easy bake oven broke and that’s why the rice was still crunchy. The only starch that should be served al dente is pasta people. Two strikes and I’M out.

Came here after getting off the bus from the Javits Center and the line was moderately long. For a Chipotle in a busy area means about 20 people. By the time we got to order many, yet not too many minutes later there were 20 more behind us. Besides the line, the place has it down right with the smooth ordering and paying process. Now move it along little sheep. The place is pretty big and has many seats yet all full. But we did manage to find a stool seat by the window to watch all the shoppers and tourist walk about. What do I say about people that order the bowls? Not I, I’m not afraid of those carbs, I love the burrito, pretty big, packed with almost everything, which I learned not to do but I still do. Add a couple dollars extra for the guacamole, for sure. Bottle of beer or Izze? If it adds perfects in washing down the all so filling the meal, yes. Steak, no, not at Chipotle from my experience. mmmmm, Barbacoa. No Tabasco sauce needed thanks.

Very very long lines located right by the penn station and the movie theater. Usually there’s a wait outside the restaurant. The service is very quick they get you in and out really fast. Why the 3atars because of the food, they have B rating in terms of sanitation and their chicken is usually doesn’t taste as good as the other chipotles in the city. Plus they are very stingy with their food you have to ask for extra to make it a bowl worthy of chipotles standards.

Decent food here but prices are very high. You can get much bigger portions at half the cost at an actual Spanish establishment. People just like the consistency and speed here plus the known name. food always varies from location to location with this one being very good. A steak burrito bowl and a beer will run you just over $ 15 without guacamole, add that and you’re pushing $ 20. A bit steep considering what you’re getting. Good for lunch or a quick snack before the movies.

Now I’ve gone to a lot of Chipotle’s in my life, and I used to go once every week. This place is by far the best Chipotle I have gone to. The chicken is cooked well and they give a lot, they actually include paprikas and capsicum in their cooked veggies, and the corn is by far the tastiest/juiciest corn I have ever had at Chipotle. A chicken bowl with a free tortilla on the side is the best you can get for $ 9 in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. I hope that they will not drop their quality over the years. Service: 8⁄10(Got way too much salsa) Seating: 10⁄10(extremely spacious) Quality: 10⁄10(fresh and well cooked) Amount: 10⁄10 Free Water: 10⁄10

After a graduation at The Javits Center yesterday in was famished. I’m totally forgot about this location in Hell ’ s Kitchen but it was right there after it left B&B Photo. The line was about 20 ppl strong when it walked in but it know this is normal. After about 2 mins ppl started to walk out which was great for me. In about 5 mins in ordered. This location has ample seating. The tables were on the filthy side. There was clearly no one manning the floor to clean up even though I think customers should clean up after themselves. It has a bathroom but you have to get a four digit code from 5 he workers to unlock it. I guess this is there way of keeping out non customers as the sign on the door said. It didn’t make a difference the bathroom was still filthy. As usual, the food was amazing. I’m ordered a Burrito bowl with pretty much everything. Needless to say my eyes were bigger than my belly because after anchor 7 fork full I was done. I can always bet on Chipotle.
