It’s really annoying that their sign says they open at 11:00am, but when you get there at 11:10am their doors are still locked and you see a group of employees hanging out and laughing at a table inside. This happens often and sometimes they straight out ignore the crowd of people waiting outside.

Excellent management and clean restrooms. That is what is unique about this Chipotle. I also appreciate they have an upstairs seating area. During a busy weekday lunch rush, the upstairs seating can accommodate more customers than the average spot. The drink refills are downstairs and they have two restrooms — one up and one down. I ordered my usual — pork bowl, never tortilla always guac. Pete had a chicken bowl. The steak is usually excellent if you’ve never had it, definitely try it. I appreciate the cleanliness of this Chipotle for sure.

Surprisingly fast service even during the lunch hour. Plenty of seating and the music wasn’t too loud like most Chipotles throughout the city.

The service at chipotle has gone down and coming to this location confirmed it. The food was lukewarm, the employees serving the food were completely disinterested except for the cashier who was smiling and asking everyone how they were doing. Tables were messy, however, an employee came around to clean up the tables which was good. However, I don’t see myself eating here or at any chipotle again. I hate being served with an attitude when I always make sure to smile and say thank you.

Guys at this Chipotle charged me ~$ 14 for a burrito bowl with chicken and guac. No, it’s $ 11.50…

Two stars for the two awful back to back wrap jobs on my burritos. I went last Friday and today(5⁄20) and had the same results. Wrapping a burrito the way it’s supposed to be wrapped is largely what makes a burrito a burrito! Added pictures of those poor could’ve been burritos…

What can I say about Chipotle. They are pretty much all the same. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love Chipotle, but this is standard Mexican food. If you have never been, which is unlikely unless you are a tourist, head to Chipotle for a quick bite.

Smallest portions of any Chipotle I have ever been to. I mean really skimpy portions. I would rather walk a few more blocks and go to another Chipotle and get my moneys worth.

Delicious? Cheap? Across from the office on a nasty, rainy day? CHECK. Came here yesterday and ordered their standard grilled chicken burrito. It was yummy, filling and densely packed with chunks of seasoned/marinated grilled chicken, cilantro white rice, dark leafy lettuce(*glares at an imaginary pile of nasty-licious un-nutritious iceberg lettuce), sour cream and a Mount Vesuvius worthy pile of shredded cheesy cheese. I don’t eat at Chipotle much because I think that eating burritos like candy would result in my having to purchase a new wardrobe(yeah I could get a burrito bowl and look for healthy alternatives here… but yah, no — if I’m giving Chipotle my money then I’m going in HARD), but when I do, I really appreciate their consistency. This location is large, well-lit, has plenty of seating for groups of all sizes and the folks at the ordering counter were friendly and efficient. I would definitely return if in the neighborhood.

Been coming here every Thursday for the past 2.5 years. Having been to numerous other chipotle locations in the past, I can say with great confidence that this is one of the better ones. Usually the servings are pretty large, and typically they aren’t skimpy on the ingredients. But it really just depends on who’s serving you. Sometimes they tear the burrito when wrapping, but I can accept that from a fast food chain during the lunch rush hour.

Horrendous service. The food tastes good most of the time, but the employees rush you, skimp out on ingredients(sometimes it seems like they give one person an obviously larger amount of ingredients) and do it with an attitude. I’ve had an employee laugh at me and shake their head when I asked for an item off of the secret menu. Now the prices have gone up in the middle of a still bad economy and 2 of their executives make a combined 58 million dollars. So I thought I’d give them one more chance and ordered a «Quesarito» online. I get to the store and first of all the pick up situation is obnoxious. On their website it says just walk to the front, but the employees ignore you. Then I get my food. Instead of a quesadilla wrapping a burrito’s contents I get two tortillas with un-melted cheese inside. So the thing doesnt stay together. In other words I have two barely warm tortillas that open up to form a large mess when I opened the aluminum foil surrounding it. If I ever go back to a Chipotle it will not be this one.

Came in at 12:30pm for lunch and despite a long line, the all stars here kicked ass and served me up in no time. Faster than McDonalds I’d say. Great service, clean and nice dining room, friendly staff, and fresh delicious food. Perfect lunch before work, thanks guys!

Half the people who work here are absolute assholes. They rush you out the door, all the food is cold, and I don’t have enough fingers to count how many times I’ve had eyes rolled at me after they messed up my order. Today, during an off peak time, I walked in and asked for; «Three crunchy tacos to go.» The woman at the counter says«Soft?» and I said«No crunchy.» She gives me two, and I say«No, Three.» She looks at me and rolls her eyes while getting another. I’m sorry that I was clear when I spoke and that you chose not to listen. Don’t roll your eyes at me and be a complete petulant child. I’m sorry that you hate your job but don’t take it out on me. I won’t be coming here anymore, and neither will anyone in my office. I hope it shuts down.

Ordered a salad. They didn’t give me any dressing. There was a dead fruit fly in it. One star for the fly not being alive.

Very convenient on the corner of Park and 31st street. The staff are very quick at preparing your order. It’s very busy for lunch and the after the gym crowd around seven The tables are clean and there is lots if room in the dining area.

I used to think that all Chipotles would automatically deserve a minimum of 4-stars basically just for being Chipotle, but that is no longer after this recent visit. This particular Chipotle branch skimps on the portions(I actually finished everything in one sitting) and their food doesn’t taste as fresh, but they’re still good at getting you in and out quickly and they have a lot of seating available. I came in during lunchtime and saw the usual long line, but proceeded right in anyway since I know they have this formula down for getting customers in and out quickly. Ordered myself two chicken burrito bowls and was on my way out. Normally, when I’m finished adding in all of my ingredients, that thing is stacked so high that the person behind the counter usually needs to give the food a gentle squish with the lid in order to keep it all down. Not the case here though. I took it back to my desk and it wasn’t even hot(I’m only an 8 minute walk away). What on earth? Why would you serve un-warmed rice, beans and chicken? So something that’s kind of expected is consistency, Chipotle. You can’t give me great food at ginormously large portions for less than $ 10 at 9⁄10 other Chipotles and then skimp me here. There’s a standard you’ve set and going down is not an option. Definitely going to avoid this Chipotle location next time. Going to continue with the 23rd Street branch(close to Lexington Ave) instead next time. Thankfully, they have Chipotles just-about everywhere and it looks like they’re expanding.

I’ve been to so many Chipotle restaurants but why will this be only the second one I write about? It’s just by chance I like that there is ample amount of tables with seating for dining even when it gets packed. The kitchen, ordering station and cashier stand are smaller than the others I have been to. Other Chipotle restaurants will have this reversed, a bigger food service area and smaller seating. Another perk about this location is that it is open later than most businesses in the area. While neighboring business like Cozi and Guy & Gallard have lights out and staff cleaning up, the line(constant 10 – 12 people) on this evening around 9:30pm at this Chipotle is still being served, even though they close around 10pm. —As I finished my order, I noticed that you can order online —Food is still very good —Izze drinks available like most or all Chipotle locations —Beers and Margaritas —I actually thought walking up to the second level would have extra dining space but there are just bathrooms on the upper level just like on the first level. —Nothing more to describe for it’s like the other chains, fresh cooked meat and spices in the air, gross but so good

Whenever I have a cheat day from my diet I usually crave some Chipotle. This particular Chipotle location is conveniently located near my office and away from the 5th Avenue madness. I usually get the burrito bowl with grilled chicken, black beans, brown rice, shredded cheese, all the salsas, and lettuce. Of course, during the lunch hour rush this place tends to get packed jut like every other Chipotle, but it is spacious enough to not feel like your on top of anyone. There’s also a 2nd floor available for seating. Winning!

I tend to like this Chipotle location since its very close to my office… convenience is key for fast food. The staff is really great… always smiling, and they work hard to keep the restaurant very clean. I’ve only had one bad batch of chicken in the last three years(too fatty), but otherwise, the burritos are fresh and yummy, the chips are always crisp and salty, and the beer is always well-stocked.

Good stuff when you need a comfort food type meal. Can only do this once in a while as your waistline will not be to happy, nor will the circumference of your ass! I gotta admit, the burrito bowl is mighty tasty! Grilled chicken, pinto beans, shredded cheese, guacamole, salsa and lettuce on a bed of rice. I wolfed it down and felt like a total fattie when I was done. Good thing I had that Diet Coke to balance things out! Basic looking Chipotle with the high tables and spacious. Not crowded at all but a decent amount of people eating. You can also order online and pickup is here. Not sure if many people even know this location exists.
