I come to this particular Chiptole probably 3 times a week. Be forewarned, if you come here during lunch time on a week day it will be a packed house. Like line out the door, packed house.
As compared to other Chipotle’s I’ve noticed the portions here are a tad smaller, but how much do we really need people? I’m always stuffed regardless.
In the end, the selling point of this place is the staff. From noon till 230pm this chipotle is an utter madhouse and I’m consistently impressed by the staffs efficiency, friendliness and poise. We all know Chipotle’s food is awesome. Thankfully this location has a staff that matches that awesomeness.

Staff is always friendly and efficient. This location is super packed on Monday to Friday during lunch time — from 12−2pm. In the evening after 8pm, the line is not so bad. Generally the staff gives you decent portions except for the busy time slots — they tend to give you less rice & protein (whichever you select). Due to the high volume, they always have freshly cooked meat, rice, beans or veggies. Though there were instances where the chicken was slightly uncooked or way too burnt.
Otherwise, this is a solid place to grab a quick bite!

I’m a huge chipotle fan, just not at this location. I ordered a rice bowl, consisting of pulled pork at steak. Looked great, was really excited to eat it, but the meat was COLD. I had told the employee who rung me up that my meat was very cold. By the looks of it and how they treated the situation, they could care less. All they had to offer was a refund. I guess chipotle’s standards have gone low

Over it, when I went to this location and they were closed at 12 pm. I love Chipotle but this specific location was closed and I feel that the manager at that location needs to be fired! But overall I love the food there!

If you’re from out of town, adjust your expectations because Chipotle in New York is both more expensive and smaller in portions than any Chipotle I’ve been to back home in Boston. A chicken bowl without any extra toppings is the cheapest option for $ 9. That being said, the flavors were consistent and satisfied my midday Chipotle craving. The line is super long, but the workers here are efficient and will move you through the line in no time.

Another Chipotle location in New York. Not bad I guess, but I find the staff a bit more rude than other locations. They also put the guacamole in little containers before you order chips and guac — so it is not as fresh as other locations. The guacamole is usually turning brown and ice cold.

They made the tacos so sloppy I could barely eat it. Maybe if the girl slowed down she could have done a better job. She was working so fast she made a big mess all over. It was gross, never again.

Te adoro Chipotle y mientras existas y viaje a USA me bancaré las enormes filas para pedir.
Comida: 4 estrellas. Ingredientes fresquisimos.
Ambiente: 3 estrellas al ser un lugar de cuasi fast food. Limpio y con muchas mesas,
Servicio: 4 estrellas. Aunque largas filas durante horas de almuerzo, se mueven rápido y la atención de los chicos del mostrador es super super rápida.

It’s 1:45pm… Lunch rush should be a bit diminished by now. There is a line out the door. The chipotle near Broadway moves like a production line, this chipotle is like it’s sad 5 year old cousin… SO slow. Can’t comment on the food it’s chipotle so its going to be awesome but have to take down the rating for the terrible service and the super awkward layout.

Typical New York chipotle place. The place gets crowded during lunch between 12−2pm. Regardless the line moves quickly and the workers are fast. Other times the line is shorter. No complaints about this place.

Does one really need a review for Chipotle? The food is consistent across the board, anywhere you go. The staff is friendly here, and the space is clean. We came after the TD Five Boro Bike Tour so we had a special deal going. No complaints about this spot, really. The loss of stars is just because we don’t think that food is that great, at any location.

Oh my yum!!! Wandered upon this chipotle in the financial district and it was amazing. Everything was fresh and the food was on point. I wish I could take this place to hawaii. Definitely a great, fast eatery to dine at!

I just went to this Chipotle for lunch today. I ordered via the web. Usually I go to the the Chipotle on Broadway but because of how cold it was I ordered from the closer one. Never again will I be going to this Chipotle. When I got to my office (handed my coworker his as well) and sat down to eat I was disappointed to see my bowl, that I paid 10.00 for was not even half full. I went to my coworker to see if he also had that issue sure enough his was the same.

We all know how Chipotle is! This was my first time at this location (there’s several of them around my work place… yay lucky me). Don’t get scared by seeing the line as you enter, specially during lunch time, it moves quick! Let me just break it down:

I still don’t understand how these places can thrive in New York City. This has to be some of the worst Mexican food ever. It doesn’t even taste the same as it does in California and even there it’s just mediocre but here it’s worse. The rice had no flavor, the salsa had no spice, the cheese had no flavor, and the chicken tasted something like what I imagine cat food to taste like. Yet there’s a Chipotle restaurant on every corner in Manhattan and I just don’t know how they stay in business. The seating is ridiculously uncomfortable. Please people I beg of you to revolt against this horrible substitution for Mexican food

This Chipotle is a mess– I’d go to the one on Broadway.
The only two times I went:
1. The first time, they didn’t have rice. (WHAT Chipotle doesn’t have rice???)
2. The second time, I ordered online for a 12:30 pickup and still had to wait 15 minutes. Should have just gotten in line.

I frequent this place for lunch since I work in FiDi… it’s a consistently great chipotle location. The line can be long, but the staff works hard to keep the line moving quickly. The food is always good and the staff stuffs my bowl every time making it a great bang for my buck.

i live in a huge city where there’s chipotles in every corner! everybody i knows find chipotles to be yummy… i think its because chipotle is known for everything is fresh…
Because the food is somewhat fresh… and for the most part… There’s some variety… it’s fast… it’s easy… it’s portable. It’s just all around convenient but doesn’t make you feel deathly ill the rest of the day… like eating at tocobell or other fast food places make you feel…
I got the shredded beef bowl and chicken burrito… I really like how I can build my own burrito and bowl… chose whatever you like and however you like… There’s no stupit sauce packets. bottles of sauces by the napkins… unlimited refills!
