Great place for a light and refreshing dessert!
I admit I’m not a huge fan of fruity desserts but I do crave this place when I’m in the mood for something lighter. I’ve tried the pear, cranberry, and chocolate. Of course I love the chocolate most, but pear was really good too. A bit pricey for the amount you get, and they charge for toppings.

Interesting concept. A lot of choice for ice cream and smoothies with great toppings. I tried the protein plus shake which was pretty ok. My daughter took ice cream with huge load of toppings. Would recommend a try.

It’s like you’re paying a premium for colorful water. That’s how the Chloe’s Soft Serve tasted to me. Sorry, but I don’t see why everyone seems to love this place. I’d much rather spend my money on ice cream.

Decent place.

Lapin and I came here over the weekend for some of the soft serve goodness. I have worked close by and always wanted to stop in. The store wasn’t packed and we got orders taken immediately. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Lapin got the chocolate soft serve with white chocolate pomegranate seeds and raspberries. He wasn’t crazy over it. The chocolate soft serve tasted weird. We both tasted apple soft serve tasted a bit like applesauce but weaker. I got the strawberry soft serve with raspberries and sprinkles. I liked mines but wasn’t crazy over it. It’s a bit pricey so we are ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ about returning.

Can’t believe I’ve only just found out about Chloe’s Soft Serve. It’s the perfect guilt free treat if you’re looking for some dessert. The soft serve here is made with fruits, water and cane sugar. Smooth consistency and refreshing. I had the Mango Madness Sundae with mango soft serve, berries, coconut flakes, almonds and chocolate drizzle. It’s as satisfying as a normal sundae! However, the soft serve is definitely pricey. I was expecting a bigger-​sized sundae as well.
The service was okay. I asked the staff for help deciding between the Mango Madness or Berry Wild. The server then suggested a chocolate-​heavy sundae even when I made it clear I was choosing between two fruitier options, awkward. However, props to him for spending time decorating my sundae with toppings.
I probably will just get a simple soft serve next time I’m back. Not sure if the toppings are worth the extra money.

Alongside Milk– Chloe’s is an all time fave.
It’s a perfect no guilt treat especially during the humid summers. Careful though, it’s pretty easy to devour in seconds.

The chocolate is my personal favorite side by side the the raspberry flavor if I want to get a little fruity! They have carob chips!

I actually was pleasantly surprised when I discovered this place. I was in the area, craving something sweet, when I came across this soft serve fruit company. I’m a big health nut, so whenever I find something that’s different with health benefits, I’m all over it. I really appreciated the company’s mission to keep desserts healthy, especially for people who have dairy free, gluten free needs. The best part I found was that ONLY for a $ 1 extra, you can get as many toppings as you want. I think that’s a pretty good deal — considering other frozen yogurt places nail you on the price of extra toppings through their weighing system.
There were a few downfalls I found. First, I wish the flavor wasn’t so watered/​Iced down. I had the apple and it basically tasted like apple sauce to me. Second, there weren’t that many soft serve choices. When I went, there were only three, which was a major disappointment since their menu had a lot. Lastly, the price was a little steep for the size. I understand it’s NYC, but I just would have wished it were a little more reasonable. At least the toppings deal made up for the cost!
Definitely worth a try if you’re ever craving something sweet!

I’ve been meaning to try this place out for the longest time after seeing the amazing photos of this place on Instagram. I was super excited but I am super disappointed. First of all, I dont find the 100% «nice cream» to be that great, it’s just sherbert I can get somewhere else for a lower price as well. Also, the price I felt was too high. The guy behind the counter who served me was not friendly at all. I ordered the Wild Berry parfait in a size small. The presentation was horrible & sloppy and he totally skimped on the toppings. Totally felt overcharged for $ 6. Does not look like the Instagram photos at all, the photos of the Wild Berry parfait I saw online looked so much bigger than what I had. Never coming here again.

Got the mix swirl of mango and strawberry with sliced almonds, dark chocolate and granola as toppings. I heard the pretzel cone is good. Yummy but nothing special. It is somewhere i would stop by if I am in the area and craving for some froyo but I won’t make a trip there.

I’d much rather suffer having a stomach ache from being allergic to dairy than eating Chloe’s sugary/​watery soft serve. It just tasted like Italian ice, except not as flavorful? Honestly… I got the strawberry and mango and they both didn’t taste like their flavors.
Also, I chose to have it in a pretzel cone. Bad choice because the pretzel was soooooo stale. I couldn’t even finish it because it just wasn’t feeling right in my mouth.

Everything’s a little pricey here but what in Manhattan isn’t? You can at least get a delicious frozen treat instead of gorging on a venti caramel macchiato at Starbucks down the block.
Chloe’s has some intriguing combinations, featuring fruit and other froyo toppings, that’ll leave you feeling less lactose intolerant than froyo would. The staff is super friendly and service is fast.
Come for the fruit!

Tasty for dairy-​free and less guilt — what more could you ask for? Definitely recommend sampling before you pick which flavor (s) — they are very nice about it and that way you don’t regret your pick.

I love how they only have three ingredients: water, fruit, organic cane sugar.
WHY CANT ALL ICE CREAM BE LIKE THIS

Yum! I wanted something sweet after walking around Union Square for a while, so my sister suggested this place. It’s a bright place with a good amount of seating.
We opted for the raspberry soft serve, which was delicious. The service is great; I guess the guy helping us was new so he didn’t really know how to work the machine and gave us a small amount. One of the other employees saw our cup and took it back for another swirl! I’m a big ice cream and froyo fan, basically always looking for a cold, creamy dessert. After trying this, I guess I’m a soft serve fruit fan as well!
If you’re around Union Square and looking for a light refreshing dessert, this is the place to go!

I don’t get the hype of this place… If you’re craving ice cream, just get ice cream! If you’re reading this review by now you know that this is a frozen yogurt place except the yogurt has no dairy and is just made with fruit, water, and sugar. You can add various toppings, chose to make a «shake», or get it in the form of a popsicle.
I got the banana/​chocolate swirl and wasn’t that impressed. It wasn’t as creamy as I would have liked and had a bland taste. I’ve made banana yogurt in my food processer before and it was more creamy than the one I was served. One person in my group got the strawberry and also thought it wasn’t great. The only flavor that I thought had a good taste was the mango so if you’re planning on going, I would recommend that.
Lastly, and this may just be a pet peeve of mine, the floor was extremely dirty there! It looked like it had not been mopped all day. It wouldn’t hurt for the employees to wipe down the place a few times a day.

HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE FOR FROYO.
So you thought froyo is healthy? No. This place takes it to another level. They only use 3 ingredients for their «ice cream» which is fruit, water and cane sugar.
Got the plum one and I have to say it tasted very healthy. It wasn’t as sweet and quite frankly, a bit bitter at the end. But I was sort of satisfying my sweet tooth in a healthy way. The strawberry, banana, mango and chocolate are all very sweet though and those are the more popular flavors.
We also got an acai bowl, which was delicious. It comes blended with strawberry, banana and some other goodness and you can top it off with any toppings.
They have fresh fruit, chocolate, nuts and more.
I really liked the pomegranate seeds covered in yogurt. Haven’t seen that topping anywhere else really. They also have cacao chips which is a healthier version of chocolate chips.
I would so recommend this place to all my basic girlfriends who are trying to watch what they eat. Girls would love this place.

As much as they say it’s guilt-​free, this still counts as being dessert to me. It’s good enough that you can eat it instead of ice cream and not feel upset which is amaaaazing! It’s also great for people with dietary restrictions since its kosher, dairy free and gluten free etc etc?
I tried the mango which was awesome, reminded me of a mango sorbet. I ended up getting pineapple with cacao nibs and coconut flakes. It was like $ 5.40. I expected it to taste like dole whip from Disneyland & Hawaii but it wasn’t as good :(it still tastes awesome, I would just probably get another flavor next time
The only thing I could compare this to would be pressed juicery’s soft serve (I think it’s a California thing). But this is 100x better, I’m unsure how they maintain a dairy-​like consistency but I love how it doesn’t taste like a fruit slushee! Definitely the best guilt free cold dessert in the city after fresh fruit ;)

YUM! Great place for a lighter version of ice cream! They say all of there soft serve is made from 3 ingredients – fruit, water, and cane sugar. I split a regular sized cup with a friend, and it was a good after dinner dessert. We got 2 flavors, banana and strawberry. Both had the flavor showing it was cleary made from fresh fruit. Wasn’t a fan of the banana, but I did enjoy the tart strawberry flavor.
The best part – the cashier was so nice and asking me if I was a student to try and give me a discount. I said I was a teacher – so he still gave me a discount of 20%! The customer service here overall was great!
Would recommend!
