If I was able to pick 0 stars I would have. I had the worst shopping experience of my life in this store today. Further, this is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review of any company. love Chuckies shoe selection but unfortunately my budget does not allow me to buy as many of these shoes as I would like. I have to try them on, decide carefully which ones I want and wait for a sale to get them. I have about 5 pairs of shoes/​boots in my closet that I bought from Chuckies. I had been eyeing a couple of pairs of boots and went in the store to try them on a few times. Since the discount went down a little more I came back and tried on a few more pairs. I saw a pair of boots that I had tried on a couple of days before and the salesman said that this boot would NEVER, EVER go on sale. Two days later I come in the store and they were 30% off. I mentioned this to the owner who said that his salesperson lied. He was not upset or apologetic just matter of fact about this business practice. When I went to leave without buying a pair of shoes this time, he came to me and started to tell me how it was not nice to come into his store and try things on and not buy anything. Now, I had come in a lot but that is how I come to the decision to buy very expensive shoes which I have done in the past. I tried to explain this to him and to tell him that I do indeed buy shoes there but he then told me he didn’t want me to come in the store anymore. I politely confirmed what he said and then I said «fine, there are other places to shop». When I left the store I heard him screaming to the staff on the top of his lungs that he didn’t want to see me in the store again. I’ve never encountered a more unprofessional, rude store owner whose behavior basically bordered on completely out of control. I am always complimented on my shoes and I will be happy to go shopping in other places in the future.
