Phenomenal experience! It was the best part of my visit to New York! I met several new Amazing people, ate the best food money can buy and learned how to prepare it myself with the International Chef and Teacher Raw Dan! I’d fly to NY again just to be a part of another CitiVegan event! Thank you!

An amazing dinner prepared by Chef Dan! We arrived to a charming apartment with a beautiful table set for 12.
The vegan meal was incredibly delicious. And to watch Chef Dan prepare it all with ease was so interesting. The group was varied and so interesting. Columbia students, a gal from Deutsche Bank, Markus from Chicago and of course Vinita who curated the evening. I would absolutely recommend Citivegan. A fabulous evening.

I attended one of Vinita’s dinners at the W. It was really delicious and healthy, too! She showed us how to make an Indian-​style cauliflower. Yum! Learned about using Indian spices– can’t wait to try it at home. A great evening!
