Beautiful theater! I went to see Brownsville Song(b-side for tray) last night, a part of Lincoln Center’s LCT3 series. I’ve always been a fan of off-Broadway shows because of the intimate relationship the audience can have with the stage. Here is no different. The outside of the theater is gorgeous and has that Lincoln Center feel to it. Very clean, sharp, and classy. There’s a little bar right outside of the theater, and a very nice outside patio adjoining the bar area. All the workers are super friendly and very helpful. Once inside, there’s not a bad seat in the house, so don’t get hung up on worrying about your seat location. As for space, I’m 6’2 and still had plenty of legroom. Plus, the seats are wide, so you’re not left feeling like you’re sitting in a pre-schooler’s tea party chair. Temperature is great — not too hot or cold as theaters can often be. Taking the entire experience as a whole, I really enjoyed myself and definitely will be back.

Super tiny theater hidden in Lincoln Center, on top of the Vivian Beaumont Theater. It’s used for Lincoln Center’s LCT3 program. It’s a beautiful theater — complete with a patio space & a snack/drink bar. It’s one of Lincoln Center’s newest theaters, and it’s so small that any seat is a good seat. I went to see«A Kid like Jake» this summer(such a good show!), and it was so cold that I kept my jacket on the entire time. I was also late, but they have a camera so if you got there literally right as the doors closed(like I did), you can still watch the show while you wait for a good time to sneak into your seat. Everyone that works there is seriously nice. The only time it gets confusing is if you want to stage door — I still have no idea where to go to stage door. But if I ever find out, I’ll update this review!

This theater is located within Lincoln Center and is absolutely beautiful. It is on the roof of the Vivian Beaumont Theater and when you get upstairs, you see a very modern theater with a drink/snack bar and an exit out to a lovely patio space that had great views and very pretty flowers. The patio had ample space for all guests and picnic bench seating. The theater itself was on the small side, which would mean there is likely not a bad seat in the house. Saw the show«A Kid Like Jake» and really enjoyed it. Would recommend seeing it. –1 star bc the theater was so cold I thought I was in a freezer. I put on a sweater and was tucking my hands in the sleeves and trying anything I could to warm up.
