Jessica pierced my nine-​year old’s ears today, and she was LOVELY. Very kind and a nice calm energy. She went over all the aftercare, and made sure my daughter understood. She made sure everything was very clean. She was careful about finding and marking the placement for each earring, and let us check the spots and confirm that everything looked right. A great experience!

Great ear piercing experience for my teen daughter’s second ear piercing. The staff were all really friendly and fun and the girl who did the piercing (Emily) was competent and patient, explained everything she was doing and made sure both of us were happy with the placement before actually piercing. Good selection of jewelry to choose from, plus lots of cute accessories.

I come here every now and then for unusual or fun accessories. Sometimes i hold off but they seem to turn over inventory her quickly. They have some of the best headband selections like weaved metal and cool patterns that are so light and comfortable.

I was very concerned about taking my 13 yr old to get her ears pierced for the first time — she was nervous about the experience too. I wanted sanitary, competent and kind. Claire’s has organized the process with clear written instructions and many many choices of quality earrings — over 30 easily. Additionally, they sanitized everything!!! Also, the woman who did the piercing was extremely knowledgeable, nice and competent (marking the spot and letting us change it so that the hole was exactly where we wanted). She was fast and patient with my nervous daughter (who promptly hugged her because she was so sweet). We had a very very good experience. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have their ears pierced.

It’s girls store! But, actually can have fun if you like fashion specially small things. Not many 14Kt. pierces. People are not great attitude. So, Don’t ask anything. Just have fun by yourself.
