Enja is the best pilates professor I ever had in my life. Even though I had learn Pilates in South Korea, New Zealand and Brazil before. She is very perfectionist and carrying. If you have any medical issues, she will make sure to help you with that if she can. I highly recommend Enja if you are really willing to take Pilates seriously.

I have been working with Enja for several months now and see a major difference in my body. I went to see her to correct my posture which was causing shoulder and neck issues and within weeks I was walking taller and having less pain. I had never taken Pilates before so I wasn’t sure how it would improve the rest of my body as well but I’m much leaner and more toned and feel great. Enja has been so wonderful that I recently started seeing her 3 days a week instead of 2. The personal attention Enja gives makes me feel like I’m her only client. Her knowledge of the body is impressive and her dedication to Pilates is obvious.

Enja is fantastic. And patient. I had THR (Total Hip Replacement) a year ago which ended up causing a herniated disk. Even more annoying is that I cannot lay on my back without issues. So Enja figured out a whole pilates routine for me where I don’t have to be on my back to do all the exercises. The instructors I had previously wanted me to push thru it but Enja got around it and the strength in my back is just about non-​existent. She really watches out for me.

After a few failed gym memberships I found my happiness with Enja and our Pilates sessions. I have been her loyal client, twice a week, for the last 4 years. She is straight & to the point, pleasant, punctual and takes her job seriously. I find her extremely knowledgable and love that she cares about my progress, limitations and goals. If you are hoping to spend your hour chatting over a latte, she’s not for you. If you want to get a great workout, strengthen your body, improve your coordination and balance — Enja is your girl.

Enja is the best Pilates instructor I have ever worked with. I feel lucky to have found her, and to have regular access to her guidance and instruction. She has committed herself deeply to mastering the human body and helping people transform their own bodies. She observes with a keen eye and gives strong clear corrections that make the difference between staying at a plateau and breaking through to deeper strength, understanding, and body integration. She knows how to be tough and push you when it’s needed, while also taking the time to teach and make it fun to do the work.
If you came to Unilocal to hunt out a master instructor and dodge all the amateurs, then you just found what you’re looking for.

Enja Schenk is a truly experienced and knowledgable pilates instructor. I have been doing pilates for 20 years, have worked with excellent people and she is at the top of that list. She understands human anatomy, understands pilates philosophy and application and creates a challenging workout that is also fun. She varies up sessions, uses all the different pilates rigs. reformer, chair, cadillac, mat, to create an ever changing and evolving workout regimen. She tailors the sessions for my body and what it needs on that day. She challenges me to be stronger, more flexible, more focused. I adore her and her sessions. Best hour ever!
