Clean & More Laundry Service

I’ve been going here for over a year and they’re amazing! Always prompt and even shoot me a text if they finish earlier than requested. They’re thorough and will hang dry certain items if requested. Their dry cleaning prices are some of the best in the area! After shopping around for a special dress, they were half the cost to clean then any of the other shops nearby ($ 8 vs $ 16). Also, Billy and David couldn’t be nicer people, and always greet you by name! Tough service to beat!

I have no idea why there’s four $$$$ for Clean & More. I’ve never paid more than $ 30 for two huge sacks of laundry. Billie (who runs the show here) always remembers my name and is a really pleasant lady.

for this price, try either Next, whom i’ve been using without question and with good experience, or my new favorite value, Casa on 86^th… those guys are tip-​top and super fast at half the cost!
i’ve tried them all.

Though it’s quite a walk for me, this is my go-​to laundry service business (I visit the Mat II on York if I want to do the loads myself). $ 1.75 per dress shirt for wash & press, and only $ 4 dry cleaning for trousers. Billy & David know my name as soon as I walk in the door, and always know I prefer the unscented, dye-​free detergent. Talk about «my laundry guy»!!!

Clean & More is a fantastic dry cleaner! Billy and David (owners) are two of the friendliest people I have ever met, and they knew my name within my first 2 visits. They take excellent care of everything you bring to them, and have a fast turn-​around window. I use their wash and fold service, and it generally costs about $ 15 for two weeks worth of laundry. That’s a great deal in my eyes! This place is absolutely amazing, and I can’t imagine the thought of washing my clothes anywhere else!

They only pick up if you have a doorman, despite the fact that I said I will meet him at the door. I explained I couldn’t take it in myself because I have a baby. «Sorry about that,» he said and hung up on me.

Top quality service at an affordable price! Billie & David (the owners) do great work, they take care with your garments, listen to your requests (i.e. particular stains, marks, etc.) I admire them most because they take pride in their business and truly want the customer to be happy.
They are 2 of the friendliest people I have met in the services industry. I love that the place is no frills it is a simple dry cleaner and that works for me. I always leave with a smile :)

Excellent, friendly service and unbelievably low prices. You’d be hard pressed to find a more affordable, faster or friendlier dry cleaner in NYC. I took my business suits, shirts, slacks and other items there for cleaning twice a week each week for about a year (before moving), and Clean & More always did an excellent job of cleaning and pressing them. In addition, the shop is run by a wonderful couple who really care about their customers and will go the extra mile for you (e.g. if you need laundry washed and folded in a hurry, or need something dry cleaned in a hurry for a big event). I definitely recommend Clean & More.

My clothes definitely were not washed in any sort of detergent, or fabric softener/​dryer sheet. They didn’t smell clean, and there were a couple pre-​treated stains that should’ve come out with detergent that are still there. Not going back.
ETA: Whatever they did to our clothes, my husband’s golf shirts have since been properly washed and put through a full dryer cycle, as well as thoroughly ironed, and they STILL retain the wrinkles this place managed to put into them. Unbelievable.

These are the friendliest people I have ever met. Bring your laundry to them, ASAP.

I never bought i would leave the black tie high end dry cleaner, but i have. After the price of my shirts escalated to $ 4+ per shirt and a suit cost more then dinner I was walking to my favorite Italian destination (San Matteo) and came upon Clean & More Laundry Service. It wasn’t like I never knew Clean & More Laundry Service existed but I was put off by the look of the store from the outside.
Yes, tiny cannot describe the space, high end, not even close. But the owners are great, take wonderful care of my cloths and the prices are far from NYC standards. Cash and check are their method of payment. They deliver but do not pick up.
So for all of the money i spent on the high end cleaners, so far Clean & More Laundry Service has ben worth every penny.

I used to live across the street from here and David (the owner) knows how to run a solid business.
You can drop off laundry and pick it up as quickly as within 3 hours. It is always neatly folded and smells amazing.
Dry cleaning can be as quick as within two days. I have a white peacoat that is NOT easy to clean, and they were able to even lighten stains that the previous dry cleaners couldn’t take out!
After living across the street from Clean & More for two years, I grew to know David. He does his job honestly and earnestly — that kind of attitude shows in the way he runs his business.

Great place. The owners are very nice and always friendly. The price is also excellent. It’s only a little bit more than going to the laundry mat but they wash dry and fold it.

The last wash and fold place that we tried caused me to break out in hives all over my body. The worst part was that I then had to rewash all of my clothes. Which essentially made the whole process useless.
Clean & More uses Tide (just like my mom and now me) and Downy which I know doesn’t make me breakout. The shop is small but works quickly. You can pick up your laundry ready to go in 3 hours or less. The price was comparable to others in the area.

This small dry cleaners are friendly and fast (the owner now knows my name). 2 day service is typical, I have never needed same day or next day service, and prices are affordable, medium starch and hanging for $ 1.25. (men’s shirts only, womens are $ 3.25 I think, unless they don’t have any stretch in them, then you can pass them off as mens shirts) I was paying $ 1.75 in Williamsburg. We have taken delicate items there and they have always come back in great condition, yet to take a suit to get it steamed or dry-​cleaned, but I can imagine they do a great job.
It is right next door to my co-​op, and the are there from 7:30am-7:00pm.
