I found Clever Solution through a meetup and selected them because they provide an ideal mix of both local US and offshore presence. You can meet them here in New York and communicate at convenient times, but unlike many other local firms they have very competitive pricing. Sergey was the product manager for the web platform I was building, and I am really happy with the results. Will use their services again.
