They don’t really care about your patronage. I waited around for awhile while they bull shitted with their friends. Plus the prices are bloated since their on St. Marks.

Awesome vape shop
I got my first vape there and I got help from Alex. She explained everything to me, she showed me how to put my vape together and how to use it.

Had a great time hanging out and talking with Frank. It’s nice to be able to go to a vape shop and see such a wide variety of juice to sample. Very knowledgable staff and an awesome environment is the icing on the cake.

ryan and co are the best! prices are considerably less than most of the other local shops. the best shop for anybody whether you’re a first time vaper, a seasoned pro or looking to quit cigs. sample hundreds of quality juices. staff was knowledgeable and very helpful to my girlfriend and I and answered every question we had (we walked in clueless about vapes) we both walked out very satisfied with our new vaporizers and tasty oils. I won’t be shopping anywhere else.

The only place in NYC carrying CBD and a full bar of juices ive found! The best! Frank and Rob are fun guys and they dont pressure people to buy, they have great products that sell themselves. Totally different experience than at many of these convenience stores. Buy from Cloud99!

BEST vape shop in Manhattan hands down! I was so pleased with my experience I had the need to review the moment I had a chance.
I wish I knew about this place before dealing with all these other whack vape shops in the city. Great customer service, very knowledgeable and great prices on their GIANT selection. (Giant I mean like over 200 choices of juice)
Unlike most vape shops in the city, this place carries juices in all ranges of price so if you don’t feel like spending $ 40 on a 30 ml this place got you covered. I’m excited to try the cloud 99 blends which surprisingly they didn’t try to push on me despite some other reviews claiming so.
If you vape in the city, this is the only place.

Just left this place, asked if there was a grand opening special, no mention of the Unilocal 25% off deal. Person behind the counter had very little knowledge of vaping culture or products beyond hawking their own line. I would highly recommend taking your business to a more knowledgeable, customer friendly shop.
