This place is ok-it’s a medium sized, one story venue that’s not very elegant or posh. It really depends on the night and promoter, as with any club scene. When I came a few months ago, it was open bar for the girls for about 30 minutes-I was able to double fist with ten other girls, haha. They played good trance music and gave out glowsticks. When I came in the winter time, it was $ 4 for the coat check, a promised open bar which the promoters didn’t follow through on(so small plastic cup drinks were $ 13, $ 25 credit card minimum) and the music was terrible rap/a few pop thrown in and weird trance. I only came for the open bar, but now that it’s unreliable, there’s not a strong enough reason to come back.

I’m definitely not bougie enough for this place, neither aZn enough.

It has been quite a while since I’ve been clubbing in NYC since my experience usually sucks(for a lack of a better word) especially in «Korean» clubs but I decided to go last night for my friend’s birthday. I was pleasantly surprised! I got there with my friends around 1130pm on a Saturday night. The lines were short and since we had a table, we were escorted right in. The DJ was very good, he knew how to mix well and played a variety of music. The crowd was nice and I didn’t get molested like usual(haha). The only thing I disliked was the price of bottled water. They don’t have tap which is insane so I bought a bottled water(poland springs). You will not believe how much it was!!! SEVENDOLLARSFOR A F******* BOTTLEOFPOLANDSPRINGS. I wish I hadn’t given the bartender a 20 because had I known it was that much I would have just waited for ice to melt or something. Ghetto I know but $ 7 is ridiculous when a case of 24 is no more than $ 5. Other than that, I had a great time there.

I would have given this place a zero star rating… but I have to give it a one based on the guidelines of …THISPLACESUCKS. PLEASEDON’T GOHERE. My friend and I wanted to go here because they were hosting a «Gangnam Style» themed party and we were invited by a friend who works at a bar in K-town that partners with Club Holic. The invite was via the official Club Holic facebook page however, none of this mattered. We were told that Club Holic«doesn’t do facebook promotions», but we knew this was a lie. The bottom line is, if you’re not Korean, you’re not getting in. Completely disgusting. I know that this is a Korean based club but there are some people who are not Korean who are interested in the parties that they do throw. What I really had a problem with was the fact that no one would say to my face that I didn’t get in because I wasn’t Korean. They chose to ignore that I was even there and they let the«guest list people» in until my friend and I left. They were unprofessional and nasty. I would not recommend this place to any person(Korean or not). They are just RACIST and RUTHLESS. NOTWORTHTHEHURTANDHASSLE… JUSTGOSOMEWHEREELSE!

They aren’t allowing ZERO star rating. We had a reservation for Saturday at 11:00PM; reservations got messed up and we waited outside for 20 extra minutes. After a new reservation was made, we got to go downstairs where our old reservation was found. We waited an additional ten minutes, but finally got to the club. This is my scene, as I’ve gone to a number to clubs in the past two months and thoroughly enjoyed myself. We got bottle service which had standard pricing. One of the attendants knocked over my drink but replaced it, no problem. They placed us in a corner where some of our group(8 in total) had to sit on a speaker. Overall, a drunk fun experience dancing, though we couldn’t hear ourselves think. Here’s the not so fun part. We lost a cell phone and had a friend leave his tab open. They have no record of a lost cell phone, but had my friend’s credit card and license. When I went back to get the tab(without my friend because he lives in Jersey) they wouldn’t let me in. The guy taking care of the club threw my friend’s credit card AND driver’s license out and said that he was going to fire the girl I spoke on the phone with(who said it was no problem for me to get the license and credit card). I’ve left tabs open, my friends have as well, but I’ve never seen a card AND license both thrown out. Who does that?
