Of all the Coach stores I perused, the staff here was super friendly and informative. They weren’t in-​my-​face pushy and trying to get me to buy everything in sight. Instead they let me browse at my leisure and were available when I need them. Good help is so hard to come by!

This review is for the Men’s Coach store on Bleecker…
Amazing! Kat, one of the managers, was so kind and helpful! I was looking for a replacement pair of gloves for my husband who lost his, and every store is stocked with resort wear (even though it’s 5 degrees outside!) I called the Coach Men’s store on Bleecker thinking they’d be my best shot, but Kat let me know that there was no more inventory in any of the stores or online. However, she pulled a rabbit out of a hat by finding a pair in the distribution center and getting my order processed and shipped out to me.
She really went above and beyond to try and help however she could (and unprompted!) I’m so appreciative of her superior customer service and will be going back to her in the future for all my men’s accessories shopping! Thanks so much Kat!

Premium leather goods that are reasonably priced when you take into consideration that Coach stands behinds its leather good products with a lifetime warranty. I was shopping this evening to exchange a pair of Men’s leather gloves and they had the correct size needed. Customer service was on point and very friendly. I’m a forever fan of their products for these reasons.

Excellent customer service at this Coach location! The strap on my purse had stretched to the point the bag was falling off my shoulder. Some of the grommets looked like they were about to break as well. Alina handled my request for a new replacement strap and also showed me some iphone cases that I had been looking at for a while.
I will be so happy to pick up my bag in 6 – 8 weeks and hopefully purchase that case!

I can’t say I’ve ever walked into a Coach store and thought, wow, I wish there was one of these just for guys.
But now that I found just such a store, I probably should have. As a long time user of a Coach men’s card wallet, I have no complaints — the leather has held up very well over time and the acquisition of this wallet has seemingly halted my propensity to find and purchase 43 fossil wallets every year only to change my mind and put them away in my «wallet drawer.»
Christmas brought me a Burberry wallet as well as another Coach wallet, and Burberry won. I was in the market for a money clip anyway, so I headed to Coach for the wallet /​money clip exchange.
Nice guys. Personal service. Every guy item you could conceive of. I was in there with someone that identified themself as «Mark (c?) Anthony» — although I don’t think he was THAT Marc Anthony, who makes a point to give their full name unless you are famous? Plus, he dropped a few grand — in the middle of the day.
The men’s coach stores (one in Paramus, NJ — this one in NYC — one in Boston) carry a nice selection of guy’s accessories, bags, and some clothing thrown in for good measure. I traded in my wallet for a leather luggage tag and a magnetic leather money clip, both of which would have been pretty hard to come by at a traditional Coach store.
Head here for quality leather items, with pricing more or less what you would expect for anything Coach.
If that isn’t enough to persuade you, perhaps the potential to run into a phở-​lebrity will bring you through the door.

The people and customer service here is amazing.
I had an issue with a purse where the leather was wearing after a two months. Not a problem and they just took it back.

I’m not a Coach person, heck I am not really a person at all when it comes to buying things for myself. My hubby on the other hand can make the bank book hemorrhage like no other!
When word hit the B Casa that Coach opened an exclusive Mens Store in NYC, hubby just had to plan a visit into our bi-​annual NYC trip. The store is quite small but is a powerhouse when it comes to masculine and borderline masculine wares. Arriving I was already tired from the near meltdown we had when we got lost (typical Californians in NYC). Trying to pull myself together and feign shopping interest for the good of the hubby, I managed to be the perfect shopping partner after the sweating subsided.
They have everything from leather accessories to larger pieces like this gawd awful weekend bag that looked like you could hide Jimmy Hoffa in it (maybe that’s where he was!) and also managed to look like a Queen would die to be seen with it. Again I wasn’t there for me.
A few thousand dollars later (ok maybe I exaggerated a little!) we were out the door with some takeaways and the rest were shipped due to our flight restrictions home. All of the pieces purchased were handsome and looked to be very well made. He settled on a handsome briefcase, two portfolios and two manbags. After looking at his purchases for a bit I did think that maybe I’d like to go back but my frugal better judgement kicked in (aka putting a tourniquet on the hemorrhage).
All in all the staff were super friendly and I’m sure loved all the blood I mean money that was spilled. I think we can go back again :)

On vacation in NYC and decided to stop in this coach legacy store. Loved the store, it’s in a great neighborhood the girls were amazing, took the time to ask questions and make recommendations not only about coach items but also what to do on our trip not pushy at all! Also loved the coupon for a free cupcake at magnolia bakery.

I went in here with the idea that I *might* buy a bag I had been eyeing, if they had it. I don’t normally spend $ 300 on a bag but what the heck — I was on vacation! Turns out they didn’t have the bag I was thinking of getting. They had others in the same line (Kristin) but not the specific one I wanted.
I did end up buying some perfume, so I didn’t leave empty-​handed. I probably could have dropped several hundred dollars easily, if I had that sort of money to spend. Instead, I saved my pennies and will probably pick up the bag I want at a store closer to home.
Everyone working in the store was really nice — I spent about 15 minutes in the store chatting with them. They weren’t pushy at all, although they were so friendly and engaging that I would have felt a little bad leaving without buying anything. Two different people offered me bottled water while I looked around, which I think is a nice touch.

Disclaimer (similar to Sarah B’s) i love bags, specifically, i LOVE Coach. My mother has owned Coach bags since she was young and has passed her addiction along to me.
Ah, the Legacy Boutique. Like the other reviews before me have mentioned, this store is pretty different from other Coach stores in and around the city. It is a smaller store and much more personal. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable about the Coach line of products, and they also don’t follow you everywhere trying to get you to buy things (I always feel stalked by the messenger bag wearing attendants at other stores). My first time here I was offered a glass of water and my boyfriend quickly struck up a conversation with one of the cute gaysian workers about the travel bag he was carrying.
Most importantly, the Legacy Boutique carries products you can’t find in any other Coach store in New York. From items that are so limited that they are numbered to a one of a kind $ 5,000 python skin bag (okay totally against this but it was cool to see), it’s definitely a cool experience if you are a Coach fan or collector. They’re also willing to look up items and you can mention a bag or wallet that existed 10 years ago and they’ll know exactly which one you mean.
Coach also sends you 25% off coupons if you shop there regularly. I often forget to bring mine when I decide to go off on an impromptu shopping trip and have been told «too bad» at other stores, but here they were more than willing to look me up in the system and as soon as they found my name they applied my discount to a rare wristlet I was lucky enough to snag for my mom!
Definitely worth a trip!

A little different than the other Coach stores in NYC. The other ones I have been in are two floors and filled with people that stand by you and bother you until you either buy something or leave.
This one is a little better.
The employees give you your space and let you just look around which, if I can speak for others is what most people want to do when they go into a store.
As time goes on I am becoming less of a fan of Coach since everyone has it but its still nice to see that they are producing new designs.

Before reading this review you must know that I have a bag addiction. I’m on a bit of a ban right now so to satisfy my urge to shop I’ll encourage you to go instead.
The Legacy Boutique carries merchandise that isn’t available in other stores or online. Most of their unique pieces are limited edition and numbered. I’ve always found the staff to be insanely helpful even with merchandise purchased at other Coach stores.
The last time I bopped in they called one of my bags by the style name (Ellie) as if they were old friends and not last year’s style. They give Fuji bottles of water and free coupons for magnolia’s cupcakes across the street.
But my absolute favorite part of The Legacy store isn’t something you see until later. They follow up every purchase with a hand written thank you. Now that my friends is customer service.

This Legacy Boutique is relatively new to the neighborhood. I read about it on
but having never been a fan of Coach, I saw no reason to visit. This location is a boutique and is trying to build Coach as a luxury handbag brand. A friend who is a Coach-​lover was in town. We went in for the heck of it and I ended up coming out as a Coach convert. They have some exclusive/​special/​limited editions (marketing works on me!), attentive service… luckily I didn’t have my credit card on me or else I would’ve been in trouble.
And although I didn’t get to see it personally, I heard the bathroom is worth checking out.
