I want to update my review now that I finally got my cocktail glasses. I chose to purchase the glasses online and deliver to the store(no delivery fees that way). I got an email notification letting me know my glasses were ready and I went that day. The process was easy and they put my package in a Cocktail Kingdom tote and gave me a bartending magazine along with it. The place was beautiful and lots of great merchandise. I’ll definitely be back. I bought the 7.5 oz gold-rimmed coupe glasses. They are BEAUTIFUL and come at a great price. Love this place.

This place has beautiful stuff, really helpful staff and good prices. It’s a little confusing to find their showroom. It’s not street level, and you go up in the elevator and then through their offices. But once you find it it’s great stuff.

If you’re a serious cocktail maker, you almost certainly should know about their website, but in case you don’t you can visit their office, which has a small retail shop at the back. The staff are very helpful, and they have everything you need to stock your bar(other than the liquor), at reasonable prices, too.

Nice products but unfortunately their customer service is totally lacking. At least for their website, I can’t comment on their store. I had an issue with the shaker I purchased and couldn’t get any one to call me back and I had to email many times to get a response. Customer service was abrupt, largely unhelpful, and just plain unfriendly. I will not be shopping with them again.

Incredible. Only word to describe this place. Got the head up on this place from the bartender at Gwennett St after picking his brain about cocktails and barware. The place is totally industrial and you have to walk through several other«work spaces» but you’ll know damn well when you find the spot. It was like heaven and a Bentley dealership had sex… and birthed some sort of barware-esque spawn. The guys there were super helpful and completely honest(and almost too knowledgeable) about their stock and were very patient about helping me build the foundation my bar. They’ve also got an insane selection of books(most are«clones» of prohibition-era journals and the like) and I couldn’t resist the urge to pick something up to complement all my new toys. All in all, their gear is slightly more expensive than random garbage you’d find online, but is obviously a much higher quality and built to last a lifetime. If the bars of Death and Co., Fig19, Gwennett St(these are the ones I’ve noticed so far…) are all using the barware supplied here, you know it’s legit. Suit up. Also, first.
