I always get my coffee and rolls from these guys. They are friendly, efficient and the food (and prices!) are excellent. Breakfast has never been so good!

Service with a smile is the mantra of these fine fellows from Afghanistan. They’ve been greeting the Columbia University folks each morning, Monday-​Friday, for God only knows how long. Rain, sleet or snow, they brighten my misery as I trudge to the library to engage in academic pursuits.
Now, some may say a cup of tea is just a cup of tea. How hard can it be to throw a sachet of leaves in hot water? Well, there is something magical in the perfect mixture of sugar, skim milk, boiling hot water, and a Lipton’s tea bag that these guys brew up. Their quick smiles, easy familiarity and overall goodness pour out of their cart’s window. The only drawback is that these guys make you wish the weekend away! They aren’t around Saturday or Sunday, so you have to wait till Monday to get your fix.
They serve up egg sandwiches too. They’re not amazing — it is an egg sandwich from a cart, afterall. But, being greeted by «Good morning buddy» and knowing how I like my tea after only a week of repeatedly going there makes me want to invite these guys home for Thanksgiving dinner!
If ever up in the neighborhood between 7am and 3pm, you gotta stop by.
