The absolute worst medical staff I’ve ever encountered. Not just one incident, but multiple times spanning 6 months.
The worst was when I was advised to go to the ER by the on call and the doctor claimed he was never informed. Apparently they «forgot» me calling after collapsing in a pool of blood on the floor and telling me to get to the ER immediately.
In each case the theme was the same: it was always someone else’s fault. If I spoke to the doctor he blamed his staff. The nurse blamed the secretary. The secretary blamed the office manager. The office manager blamed the doctor.
I don’t care whose fault it is. Fix it and own the problem.
