I would not recommend this Merchant to my worst enemy, They mark up their prices 200% selling a $ 25 filter for $ 195… they will not take returns, they lie about their items telling you it will work for your needs, when intact it DOES NOT…
Stay away from this seller, BIG SCAMMERS AND CON ARTISTS…

Horrible experience. Very rude service. Paid for my phone to be unlocked, they said it will take them 3 – 5 business days, and a full refund in case it is unsuccessful. It took them 7 business days to unlock, and only after I chased them and demanded to get a refund instead, which they outright told me they will not give because according to them ‘this isn’t like a product that you buy and return’. They insisted I should have come after the third business day — ironic cos in the first place they told me to come after the 5^th day. And when I called them after the fifth day, they told me nobody was there to help me do try again the next day.
After a very rude call with them they told me they had it unlocked since the third day and I’m just not checking, I find that ‘strange’ since I’ve been checking daily, and it’s so coincidental that it happened to get unlocked only after I chased them.
Overall the people and the service were sketchy. I would not transact with them again.

WTH? These guys are straight out scammers and Unilocal won’t take all these negative reviews into consideration? Big disservice to Unilocal customers.

Went in today with my cracked front screen on my iphone 4 and within 30 mins my phone looked and felt brand new. Very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend!

Brought my iPhone 4 here to get my cracked screen replaced — it was fixed within 40 minutes. Everyone was very helpful and I couldn’t be happier with the repair, it looks brand new! I highly recommend this establishment for iphone repair.

Rip off. Charges $ 70 for an iPhone unlock. Online you can obtain them for $ 20. Do not go here.

Austin and the rest of the staff were very helpful! They fixed my iPhone 3G S cracked screen in about 15 – 20 minutes and its good a new. Charges only $ 40, but with the Unilocal deal ($ 10 for $ 20) it’s only $ 30. Great deal and great service!

Like an ass, The day I forgot to put my cover on, I drop it down a flight of subway stairs and the screen shatters. I guess that’s why they say to always glove up! Accidents happen. Nonetheless, these guys were GREAT! They whisked my phone into the basement and it reemerged 20 minutes later looking brand new. Highly recommend them. DO NOT GO THERE! If there was the option of choosing no stars, I would’ve done that. Story is we wanted to get a Canon Mark III camera body from them. When asked, they said it would cost $ 2900 + tax. This is $ 500 less than the market price, so we thought we were in for a bargain. They only gave us a credit card receipt, that was showing the total price and would refuse to give a tax invoice or a detailed itemisation of what we were buying. We didn’t even notice that they were charging as $ 200 than the quoted price plus the 8.75% tax, in total $ 3400! Next surprise was that we were asked to pay $ 190 cash for the battery! When I pointed out that the box mentioned the body was coming with a charger and a battery they said that it’s not true and that they have to make money somehow, hence the battery charge. We made a point of telling them that batteries were available for $ 60 on Amazon and they shrugged their shoulders, saying that’s not true.
The moral of the story is this: do not even enter this shop, they are about to rip you off if you set foot in the store. Or if you do, don’t expect to leave there with a good deal!
