Convene

I attended a two-​day offsite conference here recently. The space was very clean and organized, and rooms were big enough to comfortably fit a large group of people. The breakout spaces were also clean and of a reasonable size.
The food was absolutely great, and seemed to be unlimited. I was very impressed with the breakfast both days (especially the egg frittatas and assorted muffins), and lunch both days was great. It was impossible to go hungry here. The AM and PM break snacks were also good, especially the chocolate chip cookies served in the afternoon, which were incredible (as was the flatbread and hummus combination).
Convene also has a well-​stocked snack bar, complete with pre-​packaged KIND bars, chips, chocolate waffles, some candies, and bottled beverages, amongst other items. My colleagues enjoyed these quite a bit (especially the first day, when we didn’t know just how much other food would be served throughout the day).
Also, the bathrooms were very clean and well-​stocked. I especially appreciated the mouthwash, an unusual but smart touch in a public restroom.
I wasn’t in charge of organizing the event I attended, so I can’t speak to this first-​hand, but their stated prices seem quite reasonable for all the services being provided. I fully recommend using this venue for offsite meetings.

Great location… one block from Grand Central.
The space itself has a clean, minimalist, modern feel. Bathrooms were stocked with lint roller, maybe mouthwash (?) and a few other items. Open kitchen areas were always stocked with bottled water, sodas, and a good variety of snacks. They kept it constantly replenished.
Their rooms come in various sizes for team meetings, smaller conference rooms, and perhaps other types of space as well. (We only used rooms for breaking out in teams, and then having mock meetings in small conference rooms…)
The meals were excellent! For breakfast, a variety of muffins, (good) bagels, greek yogurt, fresh fruit, OJ as well as pomegranate juice, omelettes and home fries. Lunches could be curried chicken sandwiches, roast beef with a horseradish sauce, lasagna. (I’m really picky about my food quality and while this wasn’t gourmet, it was much much better than I’d ever expect at an offsite meeting. Everything was delicious.)
Staff there were all very professional.

I was here all day and will say it was wonderful. The food was great, facilities were very clean, the staff was nice and connectivity excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. I definitely recommend this facility.
