CVS pharmacy

I frequent this location often as it is near my office. What used to be friendly, knowledgeable, mature staff has been downgraded to what must be rejects from a low-​budget VH1 reality show, where they have expertly cultivated a culture of disintetest. There is no concept of customer service, assistance is offered without interrupting personal conversations, at least one of the three self-​checkout machines is always down, photo machines rarely work. The one good thing about this store is that it is open 24hrs.
If you can get in and out without someone disingenuously yelling «welcome» at you then you’ve already had a better experience than I’ve had.

We went there yesterday evening and the cashier was quite friendly — but when we were just about to leave the store, I realized I hadn’t been given my (credit card) receipt. I returned to the cashier and she said she’d crumpled it up & thrown it away (?!). She retrieved it from the trash and she was very pleasant, but it was still ridiculous and therefore I’m giving three stars instead of four.

My favorite drugstore I save a lot with all coupons the staff members are very helpful specially Michele she is my favorite love this cvs excellent costumer service

This Pharmacy is a SCAM
I have been a Customer here since they opened a couple of years ago and having an insurance and Medicare I never really paid much attention to the prices of prescription drugs a this location, The Customer service is deplorable with several trips required to get your prescriptions filled, either from lack of supply or clerk incompetence, but recently I was prescribed a Medication not covered by my insurance and I had to pay for it out of pocket, I was charged $ 67.50, for 20 tablets of Ondansetron HCL 4MG, about $ 3.40 a PILL, after speaking to several Healthcare provider I decided to have my next prescription filled at Costco on east 116^th Street in Manhattan and for the same medication I was Charged $ 28.31 for 90 Tablets, Now it doesn’t take a genius to figure out that something is very wrong here, for CVS to charge more the 10 times the amount that Costco charges is CRIMINAL and should be illegal, Greed is alive and well in CVS pharmacy please be aware of it, and don’t get SCAMED

The coupon machine is frequently broken, but staff is friendly and always happy to help you find things rendered hidden by bizarre layout.

While I do not like the layout, and thought that things were very difficult to find, the staff was extremely helpful and plentiful. Usually in these places you can’t find a staff member to save your life, but here, not the case.
