CVS/Pharmacy

Shoutout to the pharmacy team (especially Jordan!) for being great, hard workers who care about their customers. Have always had a good experience here and it’s not always the same at every CVS! This is a great location.

This is usually my go-​to pharmacy because it’s a very convenient location. But they have to do something about their line at the pharmacy. Customers will be within an arm’s length from you as the pharmacist is asking for personal info or you’re putting in your pin.
My last CVS had signs and foot stickers to help people who haven’t learned about personal space yet.
CVS NYC please follow suit.

The prices here are really expensive compared to Rite Aid which is about 1 block away. And for the same products also not the store brands. I hate how CVS has 1 counter open but all the self service machines work. On the plus side, the place is much more cleaner, modern looking, and organized than nearby pharmacies. I would only go here if your in a hurry, otherwise walk the extra block

Their staff is the best !! I was impressed the first time i went not all cvs are like this one.

The location of this store is very convenient and it’s open 24 hours/​day. I went there today for the first time and was impressed with the staff; a really nice guy spent lots of time helping me find an item and the young female cashier was very friendly. Also, the store is quite large and very clean.
(Update on 5÷28÷15): I went there today and it was again a very positive experience; I met the manager & shift supervisor and they were both very pleasant & helpful. Also, a sweet young girl greeted everyone at the door.
(Update on 7÷27÷15): I went there today and a super-​nice/​-​helpful clerk named Roy helped me find something. The same nice manager was there and I complimented him. The sweet young girl at the door was as nice as before, too.

somehow this store is worse than all the nearby competing stores (by which i mean walgreens and duane reade). which is especially annoying because this CVS is the closest to me. but they don’t ever have what i need/​want. and it’s not like i’m looking for weird things (based on the fact this store’s competitors always have what i’m looking for). to make matters worse, the razor section here is much more annoying than at the competitors because you need an employee to unlock the packages of razors from the display. since there are generally not employees who can unlock the razors present, either waiting for one to walk by or seeking one out adds about five extra annoying minutes to your trip which was already annoying because they most probably didn’t have whatever else you were looking for.

A new CVS, same old shortages. You know that thing you need? You know, that thing? They’re out of it.

Very unhappy with the manager’s customer service ability. He was unnecessarily rude to me and disrespectful to his employees. Very bad role model.

For such a huge store they got a smaller rubber selection than a bodega. Good job promoting safe sex on a college campus. Hell, I walked this whole store 3 times before I even found em.
