the furniture looks ok we did not deal with the sales person or the service of the company it self cause it was a interior designer doing the entire process, but once we have our furniture and we got our first issue with it we call a sales representative i guess she is Jennifer K and she was very rude and not helpful at all i think she is a little racist toward latin people cause she will write email to me putting some words is CAPITAL LETTER not sure why :? and i the end is being 3 weeks and she haven’t contact me anymore the worths costumer service ever !!!
Esta mueblería tendrán muebles muy bonitos pero el servicio es mediocre no vale la pena comprar muebles aquí porque cuando se rompen o les pasa algo ellos no te tratan te ayudar para resolver y arreglar tu mueble la muchacha que me atendió pienso que es racista por que tan pronto se dio cuanta de mi acento me envíaba email con algunas para en letra mayúscula lo que encuentro como una falta de respeto realmente yo no volveré a comprar muebles aquí cuando hay tantas mueblerías con mucho mejor servicio y antecion al cliente.

Buyer be ware! The store has the most unprofessional attitude toward their clients. Their concern is just to take your money and nothing after that! We purchased Giorgetti chair. However, a sales person wrote completely different style number on a purchase order than the one we wanted. I e-​mailed him immediately upon delivery about their mistake. First they said they would replace the chair; however, the next day a sales person e-​mailed me that «in my opinion by just looking at the picture of your space this chair fits perfectly, and maybe better than the one you wanted». Since when a sales person decides what style chair is better for me? They asked you to pre-​pay via check before delivery so you couldn’t call cc company and dispute the charge. Terrible, terrible service and rude attitude! Stay away!

Very high prices, beautiful designed high quality European furniture. After sales service is very poor. I purchased a coffee table, one day after delivery i noticed a leg was damaged. Because I «signed off» that it was acceptable when it arrived, they claim no responsibility. After many phone calls they offered me a discount on a new leg. Manager refused to return my calls. A high quality expensive store should be more responsive.

Very nice showroom. We’ve spent over 200K in furniture here. I am satisfied with the furnitures because they are Italian furnitures. But dealing with the sales person was the worst part. We had interior designer but DDC person was so irresponsible and would not admit her mistake. No stars.

I really don’t want to talk about how many bad experiences I had with DDC. This company is a great company in Europe. I guess non customer oriented, ignorant service is just because of their local management here in New York. They literally treat you as if you are dumb. Terrible customer service.
