Incredible. That says it all. I was referred to Dennis by a close friend, and the ring-​shopping experience could not have been better. Dennis is honest, trustworthy, a straight shooter, and not at all a hard-​seller; a true gentleman. He has an amazing, welcoming staff who really made my fiancé feel comfortable and happy throughout the hour or so we spent together.
Moreover, the ring that he designed and crafted for my fiancé was gorgeous, and it brings her tremendous joy every time she looks at it. His prices were the lowest I’ve heard of for the quality of the stock.
We just returned for our wedding bands and had a similar great experience. Even 1 year down the road, Dennis remembered us and welcomed us with open arms.

My fiancé and my sister spent a few hours with Dennis and his staff while shopping for my engagement ring. Both my sister and fiancé remarked at how pleasant, unhurried, and educational the experience was. The process resulted in a gorgeous ring that was ready to take home that same day. Unfortunately, I miscalculated my ring size and when I received the ring from my fiancé it was too large. I called Dennis a few days later and was told to come in whenever I’d like for a resizing.
Before my trip into Manhattan, I snagged or banged the ring (which I had been wearing on my middle finger) and the gallery cracked and bent. I’m still not sure exactly what I did or how it happened (I’m a klutz!), but I was very upset. When I arrived at the store, I showed Dennis and the ladies what had happened and they told me to go have lunch and come back in a couple of hours. So I did, and in under three hours I had my ring back. The diamond had been put in a brand new setting that not only fit beautifully, but was a bit thicker and sturdier than the previous one (which, at my request, had been very, very thin and delicate). One of the girls had me laughing when she pointed out (with a wink) that this meant that now the accent diamonds on the shank were larger, as well!
They did not charge me for any of the work or for the new setting. Not a cent.
Furthermore, because I live on Long Island, Dennis made sure the work would be completed that day so I would not have to make a special trip back into the city. I am thrilled with the ring and plan on returning for our wedding bands. Thank you to Dennis and his team!

Found out about Dennis from a family member who recommended me to him when I was looking to purchase an engagement ring. Have been nothing but impressed with him and his team for the professionalism, no pressure sales, prices, and knowledge. The ring came out spectacular. This is my go to jewelry store in Chinatown. We have gotten several necklaces for my mom, and this is where we got my engagement ring and wedding bands.
They have good designs and the service is friendly.
Sometimes I bang my wedding ring by accident and Im afraid the diamonds will come out as it has happened with other jewelry but it hasn’t happened.
One time my sister in law saw some earrings at a brand name store but didn’t want to spend so much money and they offered to find/​replicate them at a much lower price.

Trustworthy, experienced, and highly professional service & staff… Dennis and his staff understand how to educate you on selecting a high quality diamond that you will love and not overspend for at other diamond jewelers. While looking at several diamonds with a loupe (i.e. a hand held magnifier), Dennis explained the characteristics of each diamond and why the price reflects those traits. It’s so helpful to see all the diamonds together so that you can compare them to each other & choose the one you love… and all of this with no sales pressure. Dennis is honest, thoughtful & very experienced. He came highly recommended to me and I have already recommended him to my girlfriends.

Newly engaged and still floating around the city on that engagement high! My fiancé (still getting used to calling him that!) & I picked out the ring together (and then I had him surprise me with it later on). Dennis and his team were SO helpful in the whole process.
