This review is solely for Daisy (extremely overweight, miserable, slow) of the pharmacy… she is the most miserable individual I have ever encountered, she refused to help me simply because she didn’t want to the pharmacist had to step in and ring me up while she stood there rolling her eyes, totally unprofessional, not fit to work with human beings, and definately not sick people picking up prescriptions, I will not be filling any of my prescriptions there while she is working there.

The worst pharmacy staff I’ve delt with. Rude and slow. They also put me on hold on the phone forever without any apology.

I was looking for a hard-​to-​find item at 11PM and had already called several other pharmacies with poor results. I called this Duane Reade, pressed 5 to talk to the manager, and got him on the phone with minimal wait. He was helpful, promptly found what I was looking for, and proactively volunteered additional information about the product to ensure that we were talking about the same thing. A big change from the standard surly retail service.
