True story:
I came to pick up my prescription. They gave me someone else’s with the same last name. I told them my first name, and waited for them to refill my meds. I brought the prescription home, and realized it was actually someone else’s. Someone with the same name, who lives in Florida. Fortunately, my namesake also has allergies and takes the same meds.
In sum, this is just like all the other Duane Reade drugstores monopolizing NYC. Convenient, lots of stuff, and a little careless.

I came in here looking for a thank you card. Unfortunately, the prices for the blank cards was more than I was willing to pay for. I did manage to find a birthday card since I was there though. The service at the cashier was quick even with the long line.
