I would patronize this location often when working on Wall Street for nearly five years at both a law firm and non-profit. I was on a sugar rush addicted to their donuts as they are very tasty. This location which I rate four stars as their service is better than others. This location’s mostly main clientele are tourists as it’s in the heart of the Financial District. Patrons coming here or in this area will probably be in the background of tourists’ photos or running into men in suits as their stocks sink into a deep abyss, which I agree with a previous reviewer!

Ah, Dunkin’ Donuts! I don’t drink any other coffee, so I need know where I can find it! Within FiDi, there are several, but I find this one to be the largest and cleanest. Of course, one is set to open not soon enough on Maiden Lane, but we’ll get there eventually. This one is right by a subway stop and the NYSE where you’ll have to deal with tourists photographing the building and guys in suits having their picture taken as their stock goes on the exchange. So what do you Unilocal about when it comes to Dunkin’ Donuts? I mean, come on, it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts! The coffee and hot chocolate are the same no matter where you go. This particular shop does have a large selection of donuts and bagels – not every DD does. The line moves rather quickly and the staff is friendly – maybe too friendly! I once remarked that it was cold out, and the guy told me that with me there, it’s always hot! If you do ask to sample one of their drinks, they’ll kindly oblige. There is a bar attached to the wall to eat and as this is a larger space, there’s a decent amount of room to sit. Store could use some lights or replacement bulbs, depending… as well as heat. It’s always cold in there in the fall/winter and staff members wear several sweatshirts/sweaters – talk about a poor work environment! NB: Stay away from the Milky Way hot chocolate. It’s toooooo sweet! This Dunkin’ Donuts is handicapped accessible. :)
