Slowest DD ever!!! The staff has no sense of urgency. I have just been standing in line for 15 minutes, 4 people left already.

Confirmed coffee order multiple times and none of the confirmations included milk. Guess what? Milk in my coffee. 2 egg & cheese muffin sandwiches for $ 4. They had no muffins so they asked if I wanted on a croissant. Figuring it was a substitute, I agreed. 2 egg & cheese croissant sandwiches for $ 7.58 though they threw in a half an egg at the bottom of the bag that never made it into the microwave. So, the extra $ 3.58 must have been for the cold half of an egg. Dunkin still uses Styrofoam? Really? I’ll be sticking with the little diner on 10th and Broadway from now on.

No stars. Been here for 15 min in line with 8 people. They are filling orders one by one. BOTH of them.

The worst! Iced coffee is watered down, staff are disorganized and even after you ask them for something three times, they still get it wrong. Come on guys!

This is my local DD and, from all the Dunkins I’ve stopped in, it is the best! I’m on a first name basis with most of the staff — shouts to Aliur — and that’s probably because I hit this place up almost everyday, if not twice a day. And no, I don’t work out.

I went to this Dunkin Donuts yesterday to yet coffee for a post wedding Sunday brunch. I ordered three large boxes of coffee for the crowd. The staff went well out of their way to make sure that I was accommodated and made sure that I was able to get into a cab with all the coffee. It was beautifully packed as well! The last thing in the world that you want to do is stand and wait for these huge coffee containers to be brewed but this staff was above and beyond! THANKS!

Doesn’t matter if there’s one person in front of me or six — the servers never seem to hustle, which is pretty much the only thing that a DD can do to make itself stand out from the crowd — work on speedy service for the morning rush. this place is on my way to the subway so I unfortunately find myself here more often than I’d like and everytime all i want is a donut and a coffee to go and it somehow takes longer than anywhere else. the two times i ordered an egg + bagel here came out gross — one of those times it was bizzarely wet at the bottom, not just soggy but WET, with what i dont know… the person taking my order does try to be friendly but they are all either understaffed or completely unconcerned with getting your order to you fast. at least a third of the time they only have one person at the counter both taking orders and filling them — that is crazy to me.

As another reviewer noted, this particular DD is larger than most, with a bar and eight bar stools and a small table for two. The store is always busy, but I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes for an order. Besides a few selfish table hogs, who think nothing of occupying that single table for upwards of an hour, one can usually snag a place to sit. The staff is organized, the manager is unfailingly polite, and it’s my pick of all the DD’s spread over the UWS.

So… the one I checked into and the one I took a photo of are probably NOT the same. There are so f-ing many of these… it’s like all the others except very small, just a sliver of space.

Average Dunkin Donuts. Good for coffee, bagels, donuts, etc. Decent amount of seating. Free wifi(like all DD). Clean floors + tables.

Bigger than the one a few blocks south. Other than that, on par with every DD I’ve been to.

Every morning since I arrived in New York I get up, shower, walk to Dunkin’ Donuts, and call my mom during breakfast. Recently, they’ve had this really good deal, 99 cents for any size ice tea. So I order a Lg. Rasberry Ice Tea and a donut. It all costs $ 2.08 which is a great deal.

The last time i went to this Dunkin Donuts, I got 2 free munchkins for no reason. I only bought 2 donuts and despite being offered, declined coffee. Free food FTW.

although i have never brought a novio nor a novia to this particular franchise location, i can say that it is one of two DDs that almost always gets my order wrong. luckily i can go to the one across the street.

La Novia and I started our New York mornings at this particular Dunkin’ Donuts location. You grab on to the«DD» handle, open the door, and you transported into another dimension that offers fresh, delicious donuts with come paired with fresh, delicious coffee. It may not seem that complicated, but Starbucks is yet to figure this out. As is the case with most diners and chain doughnut shops, as well. I don’t drink coffee much, but when I do I would like a fresh cup without the bitter aftertaste. And here at Dunkin’ Donuts, you get a fresh, hot, delicious cup of coffee that blows away any coffee chain here in California. And if you buy a large coffee(around $ 2.19 or so), you get a free doughnut. So for about $ 2, you start your day with a super fresh, fattening doughnut and a cup o’ coffee. It is not the healthiest way to start your day, but at least they list the caloric content up on the wall with the prices, as do most chain eateries in New York. Regardless, it’s a cheap breakfast and it works for me when I am visiting New York on a budget. And whoever runs this particular chain, please give Yvanca a raise. She’s professional, a sweetheart and a really hard worker. And to Mr. DDCEO person, please bring Dunkin’ Donuts to the Bay Area. We have enough Starbucks, Peet’s, Krispy Kremes, and Subways. We need more double Ds. In more ways than one. Ba-Dum-Cha!
