Dunkin’ Donuts

The storefront is cute. They make the most of the space without making it feel overcrowded. The lines are fast and you’re able to get in and out in no time.

Was excited for this to open right near my job but i tried ordering food and drinks on 4 separate visits and it was all terrible. The food tastes old and the coffee tastes burnt and old. The coffee from the cart on the corner is 100x better. Or i just walk to the excellent dunkin in the corner of Broadway and 37.

I started coming to this location from the beginning. Loved to come here because it’s very close to my job. Everyone is great there, but there is this one worker who needs to be fired. She is very unenthusiastic about working there. She is always mad, and in a rush. Don’t know her name, but she is a very short east Indian female. She’s usually working around 12 or 1pm. I stopped coming to this Dunkin Donuts because after a situation with her regarding an issue with my sandwich that could have easily been corrected she continued to have an attitude. Then when I came in after that situation (mind you i’m always polite) she specifically had an even worse attitude with me. For Example: One time when I came in, she said the Dunkin greeting and when she saw it was me she made an annoyed huffing noise, and stood in a slanted stance as if i’m wasting her time. I ignored it, but not enough to the point of where I couldn’t hold myself back from not writing a review. I literally didn’t do anything to deserve the treatment she gives. It turned me off totally from coming there in general (which I don’t). I understand customer service and she is the epitome of someone who hates her job as she continuously has a scowl on her face. I used to be a secret shopper, and I would love to secret shop for that particular Dunkin Donuts just so I can record all of her answer and reactions for corporate to take into account. I would make my rating one star, but because off all of the other great staff there I am not. Her attitude and approach towards the customer brings them down tremendously. They just need to keep her in the back making sandwiches, but make sure she pays attention to the order being requested because that is the whole reason for why this situation occurred. Also she should not be on the register as she is not people friendly.

Brand new location with seating on 37^th & 6^th sure beats the line outside of the walk-​up location a few blocks over on Broadway!
This location is so clean, quick, efficient and friendly — I hope it stays like this! Spacious and they have a few table for seating.
Dunkin Donuts has always been my favorite coffee so I was so happy when this location opened near my office. Just for the sake of this review (smile :) I have ordered a donut here and breakfast sandwiches as well and they are very fresh, considering it’s a chain. For many years I avoided buying donuts in the NYC locations because they were always hard and stale — never ever fresh. I promise you the donuts here are light and airy. If you’re going to eat fattening food, you had better do it right and actually enjoy it :)
