I came to order a birthday cake for my boyfriend, I wanted to ask about images that I saw on their website, and they said that I have to order it online although I repeatedly told them that this cake wasnt giving me the option to order online so I came to the store. The guy helping me out was super rude, he doesnt know how to interact with customers and kept rolling his eyes at me. He was being super lazy and asked his co worker to help me but his co worker was just like him!!! I got extremely frustrated so I ended up leaving because a business like that does not deserve my time or money. They need to seriously change their staff! This place sucks and I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

Good location here and friendly staff. There can be a little bit of a line but they do a good job in keeping it moving.

This location has a slight problem with the homeless at night. They like to come here to get a quick nap or come in from out of the cold. They don’t smell or bother anybody,(they sit there very quietly), they just take up what little seating they have available. Every time you go there, you’ll see at least two of them. Which can be a little frustrating because if I’m cold, I would like to have some where to go to warm up too. The guy there is very nice, but I’m afraid a little too nice. He won’t ask them to leave, he’ll just let them sit there. This is a nice location with a soft spot for the homeless.

Love me some Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robins. First time at this location. There must be a school near by because there were a lot of immature kids hanging around but other then that I was pretty pleased with my drink. I ordered an original cappuccino blast with whipped cream and it was delicious.

Not really much to write about when it comes to a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins. It’s either a hit or miss with places like this. This particular location is good. Just got a sherbert here while out and about and the service was pretty decent. No complaints, nothing fancy…

One girl sweeping, another girl fondling the doughnuts and another girl fixing herself some food while there’s one cashier taking her sweet ass time. Back sweat drip quicker than the service in this joint. Damn!

Alway friendly, well prepared food, and a clean and bright space. I’m a regular. It can be a very busy place and crowded near the registers, but the traffic flow is pretty good considering.

I guess I can’t judge this completely because I’ve only been here once but I’ll be honest– I do love Dunkin. It’s only lately that I’ve been having issues with the ones downtown! Anyway– onto the review. It was probably early Saturday when I came here. Ordered a combo with an iced tea. Guess what– they didn’t have any water which means no iced tea, no coffee, nothing. Somehow, the hot chocolate machine worked. So, I ordered than and asked if I could replace it for the coffee in their croissant combo. They said sure but charged me for the croissant and hot chocolate anyway without telling me. Okay, it was maybe a dollar more– but you couldn’t at least tell me no? Anyhow, they come back and tell me there’s no croissants left. It’s like Saturday morning like 9AM… So I said whatever, put it on a bagel. Fine. So, my friend orders the same as me– except no cheese. And guess what, they put cheese on it. When she returned, they gave her an attitude and went on to making it again. Like I said, I love Dunkin– their sweet teas and croissants are amazing but when there’s no water and no croissants, not to add poor service into that as well, you get kinda pissed off.

Good selection of ice cream flavors and surprisingly friendly customer service. 4 stars based on my experience of other places in the same chain.

The in laws are big Baskin Robbins fans, and this happens to be one of the locations closest to them. This location is nicely fit out and bright. The 24 hr service is also nice, but not something I’d use often. I grabbed two quarts of the prepacked ice cream — a chocolate chip and a Jamoca Almond Fudge. When we got home, we served it up right away. The chocolate chip ice cream seemed kind of stale — like it was there too long. It was kind of dehydrated and not quite as creamy as it should have been. Sad.

I called to order a Mother’s Day cake, and got some guy on the phone that sounded like he had marbles in his mouth with an accent. When I asked him to repeat himself, he actually YELLEDATME. I told him there was no need to yell, I just couldn’t understand him. What a turn off! Mind you, I wasn’t rude at all — I’m one of those people others say is TOONICE. They won’t get my business!

WHATNATWANTS, NATGETS. That is the motto of this story. I went in here on a mission to get a Red Velvet ice cream cake and I wasn’t going to leave until I had it! I walk in and look to the right and they HADNOCAKES in the freezer! NONE! I ask, «um, do you guys sell ice cream cakes?» The guy behind the counter replied, «Yes, what kind do you want?» Um, Dude, I don’t know what you have off the top of my head, can I look and see the cakes? He was like, no, but we have chocolate. blah, blah, blah… rattled off all these flavors that were not Red Velvet. I asked, «Do you have the Red Velvet ice cream cake?» He said, no, sorry. This is all we have. I was like, well can you order it for me? He was like. well, let me have you speak to the guy who makes the cakes. He gets him on the phone(I guess he was in the back or downstairs or something) and we talk. I said, «Can you get me a Red Velvet ice cream cake, STAT?» And like music to my ears he said…“YES, I’ll bring it right up.“ With that, I used my coupon for $ 3 off and left with a big ‘ol smile on my face. Hey, sometimes all you have to do is ask. :)

It’s not very common that I review a business like DD, however this location is an exception to it because they have outstanding service. I have breakfast here almost everyday, and have had for over 1 year now, it’s on my way to the office and they already know my order which is usually medium iced latte regular milk one Splenda + egg white flatbread veggie. I don’t have to say anything, they already know it. My point is, they always have a BIG smile and serve everything in less than 1 minute. I can always see they are very enthusiastic about exceeding customers expectations and these people know and understand the value time for others has. I wish many other businesses(especially in that area!) took note of their good service and made it a model to follow. Congratulations guys, you are THEBEST! Keep shining.

Went here for 31cent Scoop Night yesterday(5−10pm). How do you reward yourself after losing calories playing 2hrs of Tennis? You gain it back, that’s how. Da mint choco chip rox mah werld. CR-CR-CR-CRACKTACULAR! Last year I had 7 scoops but they limited me to 1 this time :( P. S. I contemplated going to a costume shop and showing up again in different disguises. Seriously, I did. My schweaty Tennis balls would’ve been a dead giveaway though. Total came out to $ 0.34 after everything.

This relative newcomer to Chambers Street probably gets a lot of love from the elementary & high school(Stuy) down the street. At least during the day. The handful of times I’ve visited, it’s always been after hours. The store is open 24⁄7 for your round-the-clock cravings. I’m guessing that they have pretty good turnaround on inventory, so most things are fresh.(However, donuts(Across the board, not just at this location) seem more dense than I remember… & not in a good way. I like airy.) Tonight, I tried the chocolate covered strawberry sundae minus the fudge. MASSIVE — I advise sharing with 1 or more friends. ~$ 6. I remember when Dunkin Donuts added bagels to their inventory. Now, they’ve expanded into more breakfast foods like hash browns. If you try them, let me know. Romi, the shift leader(I was there around 10PM today) is friendly & very helpful. 5 stars for service — How often can you say that at a fast food shop?(Though, there used to be the sweetest old lady working at my local McDonald’s in Hong Kong… But Unilocal isn’t international… Yet?)
