Just left Duralee and wonder why it is so hard to just be nice. I was in the hood and needed a swatch for a client. It is pouring rain and thought I would stop in the Chelsea Design Center to see if I could get one rather than having to go to D and D. The sliding door being slammed in my face after curtly being told I had to go to D and D was enough to know I will get my fabric elsewhere. Plenty of options out there. I refuse to do business with attitudes like this. There are plenty of lovely people that need jobs I just wish companies would quit employing people with such poor attitudes.
