If you want to pay for someone to damage your car, feel free to park here. My brand new car was damaged and no one in the office has been helpful to resolve this. The Management does not work with their patrons, and is disrespectful. Your car will fare better on the streets.

Like everyone who wrote down this is the worst place to park. So rude and one of the guys gave me dirty look because I didn’t pull my car 10 cm more. Dont use this place you might saved some bucks but it’s not worthy to do.

This was the worst parking experience I have had by far. As I was pulling into the garage, one of the parking attendants was trying to pull out a car. I did not realize this and the parking attendant came out and gave me a dirty stare. After he re-​parked the other car in a separate portion of the garage, he came BACK and stared me down some more. I felt genuinely threatened. I also wasn’t sure what he would do with my car.
I would absolutely avoid this parking lot.

Used this location last Sunday when I had brunch with a friend.
Garage was clean and orderly. Operator was courteous. Cost $ 15 for two hours.
No issues for short-​term use.

This parking garage operates under multiple names including E&B Operating Corp. and HRF Operating Corp. The garage is probably the messiest of any I’ve ever been in — which didn’t particularly bother me as I was saving money. I did have the misfortune of having «things» fall from the ceiling onto my car — which corroded it in places. Also, when I ended the agreement, they were supposed to refund me a portion of the last month… said they would… calculated the exact amount for me… then never sent it and ignored my calls and emails.

This is the rudest garage I have ever been to. They ask that you call onehour in advance to pick up a car but even when you do that you get «scolded.» I called an hour and 20 minutes ahead of time to pick up a car this morning and the guy complained to me for 10 minutes about how many cars he had to park. I wasn’t sure what he was trying to tell me, so I asked if getting it earlier would help and he said no. The two previous times that I have gone to this garage they were also equally as rude and yelled at me. Go somewhere else — it’s not worth being treated like dirt.
