I had bedbugs and called exterminators at random. I got yelled at, had people condescendingly explain that an inspection would be $ 100 or that I couldn’t schedule anything until 5am next Monday. Then I found Ecowise.
I emailed them a picture of the bug, they confirmed that it was a bedbug. They came by later that day. Gave me a great overview and answered all my questions for free. I scheduled an extermination later that week, which went smoothly and cost exactly what the estimate was. After talking to a lot of assholes, it was nice to find one company at least that was friendly and reliable. Call them or email.
