After reading the reviews on here I thought I would give the office a shot. Just off the phone and was told I would need to wait 1.5 months to make an appointment, which is fine. Being that I would be a new patient, I had some questions. The receptionist couldn’t have been more rude or annoyed with my queries. As someone in the medical field I realize people are seeking medical care for serious reasons generally and don’t like to be treated like they are a burden. I get that this NYC and you want to project a certain type of image but being unkind and rude isn’t the way to do it. If this is the type of people they employee in a medical office I think I’ll find another dermatologist.

Évaluation du lieu : 5 New York, NY
Dr. Eidelman and his staff are professional, kind and do a fantastic job both with medical dermatology and skin care. The office is beautifully designed and portrays the environment of a TopDoc in NYC. Insurance and fee for service, this office knows exactly how to make a patient feel taken care of today and educated for a lifetime of good skin health.
