Came here with a group of 5. I made reservations ahead of time and we were immediately seated once we arrived. One thing to note was that when I first called to make a reservation, the person put me on hold and then hung up. I called again and they told me to wait but some how got disconnected. I figured the person was busy and just called again and no issues on the 3rd call. I ordered the Tex Mex burger with fries on the side. I didn’t get a chance to try the other dishes. The food looked great when it came. I was disappointed in the amount of fries that were given, especially if you’re ordering a side dish of fries for $ 7. I had ordered the burger medium rare and it came exactly that. I was surprised by the consistent cooking of the meat throughout. The buns were toasted which was nice. Nothing really special about the burger, toppings, or sauce. They added a jalapeño slice to make it the«tex mex» part I guess. It was spicy but flavors weren’t there. Especially if you’re charging more than the $ 12 – 15 burger, you better make the effort to stand out. A lot of burger places are doing the $ 15 burger thing but at those places, they really make an effort to elevate the burger. Not all those places are excellent, but there are some exceptional ones. Give that this place isn’t one of those«specialty» places, I can somewhat understand but if you are going to charge that much, it better show on the plate. The service was fine. I wasn’t expecting superb service. The run of the mill service is what you can expect here. It doesn’t seem like the place gets busy so the amount of staff here felt appropriate. Overall, the restaurant is clean and fairly spacious. Service was good. Food needs quite a bit of work for the price point they are charging. Only caveat is that this is a Kosher restaurant and I’ll have to try others to compare.

This is everything Israeli comfort food should be. Ordered from here twice. Generous portions and the food was fresh and tasty. I got the schnitzel with mashed potatoes(came with salad, a bit of hummus on the side, and a pita). It is not cheap! I would have given it 5 stars if the prices were more decent. Delivery minimum is $ 25. But, given this place is kosher and the portions aren’t understated, I would say it’s worth it. You can feel the love in the food. I’ll order again. Thanks!

I went with my husband for date night and we were really excited to go. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with both the food and the service. The place is a cool place, small, nice, but the service was poor. We waited a while for our order, we wanted to order drinks but the bar was not impressive. We ordered a steak and shared, and some appetizers but the food wasn’t exceptional, it was average. They didn’t have a great wine selection or desert selection either. We skipped on the desert. I also ordered sushi which was ok. Not great, but not bad. Overall, it was an average experience, average food, average service.

I came early in the morning to bring my Rabbi to a doctors appointment localy. I was looking for a breakfast place and came across here. The owner told me that he opened at lunch. I told him that I wasn’t familiar with the area and with such kindness offered and made me a beautiful breakfast of scrambled eggs! Such a huge Tzadik Gamur! Come and eat whenever you can from here!

Good sushi and appetizers, friendly service, enjoyable atmosphere. A great discovery for dinner with my kosher kinfolk.

Ever in the mood for a really good deli sandwich? I was excited today about having a good one here. It was average. Nice portion, lean, but the corned beef was rather bland. On the other hand my husband’s pastrami was overly salty! The hummus appetizer was the best thing I had to eat at this establishment. The décor is simple, the place is clean, but on a Sunday afternoon there was only one waitress to serve all tables, so service was a little slow. I guess we should have tried the Sushi. I found it ironic that they have a huge in-wall fish tank in the front of the restaurant; it didn’t encourage me to order from their sushi menu although they do have veggie sushi rolls! Will have to give it another try.

Great, fresh sushi. Ordered the typical salmon avocado, spicy salmon and spicy tuna. I have yet to try their specialty rolls which seem really good. I also got their Eighteen Beef Burger with a side of mashed potatoes(a must-try). Delicious! I like the clean, classy(but not uptight) feel of the place and my server was really nice and knowledgeable. Their bathroom was very nice too(huge plus!).

Great Variety in the menu. From Burgers to Sushi(it’s good sushi), 18 Caters to all Kosher tastes. They even have a low-carb Sushi Roll, which is very good. The ambiance is clean cut and simple(not romantic at all), but it’s a good choice is you want kosher sushi and don’t want to take a trek to the west side or to prime grill.
