I happened to stop by during nice and pleasant day last week and I thought it was excessively warm inside the restaurant. Even without my jacket I could feel the warmth, they could really save money on their heating if they lowered it a bit. It didn’t bothered me enough to affect my lunch. I bought this deal on living social(10 for $ 20) and presented it to the man behind counter and ordered 1 hamburger, 1 cheese burger, 1 order of fries and two bottled drinks. The cashier was nice enough to let me know I had money left over from the deal so I placed another order of fries. The menu setup is similar to 5 guys burger, there are no combos deals so you have to purchase each item separately. The burgers comes with free toppings you can select from the board. Too bad they don’t have mushrooms which is a personal favorite or jalapenos. I was intrigued by the elevation sauce(don’t know what’s in it) so I picked ketchup :) This is the first time I tried grass fed beef, and I notice a difference in the texture and taste. It has a gammy taste to it which I like a lot and the buns smells and looks fresh. The fries were not memorable even though it was cooked with olive oil, but I came for the burger not fries so I won’t complain. I enjoyed the design of the restaurant with lots sunlight coming in and the seating as well. Side note: You need a key to enter bathroom.

Pros — Organic, grass-fed, free-range beef — Juicy meat patty — Fries are cooked in olive oil — Their serving for milkshakes are generous — You can choose 2 milkshake mix-ins for free(ie. mango, guava, strawberries, orange, bananas, oreo cookies, black cherry, etc.) — Vegetarian burgers available — Free toppings(ie. hot pepper relish, caramelized onions, Elevation Sauce, balsamic mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, etc.) The hot pepper relish was well prepared. Cons — Meat patty was juicy but lacked flavor –The hot pepper relish topping provided most the flavor for my burger — Fries were warm but not crispy — The ice cream used for their milkshakes was OK. A bit too sweet and artificial tasting. In conclusion, this was a nice place to try out but I’ll probably go somewhere else the next time I need a burger fix.

Tried some of my husband’s fries and had a chocolate milkshake with banana. That was really good. They use Blue Bunny ice cream, gave me my shake with a spoon inside along with the straw(a first in my experience) and the selection for shake mix-ins was good. In particular, the fact that they had orange caught my eye since I’ve never seen that anyplace else. Next time we go here, I think I’ll have to get a chocolate milkshake with orange since I’ve been craving that taste lately. The fries were also good as they are cooked in olive oil, meaning they were not as heavy or icky as some greasy fries. This is also a first in my dining experience; I wonder why more places haven’t tried it. Service was also spectacular. Our food was brought to our table and even picked up when we were done. I’m not sure if that’s because we were the only people in there at the time but I appreciated it. I’ll have to try the burger next time or maybe a salad.

«High, higher than the sun … You make me feel like I can fly So high, elevation … Elevation Elevation» Elevation Burger make me feel so high on salt rather than high on the fumes of being free as per Bono. My good friend and I dine here for a very late lunch/early dinner where we both are no strangers to good quality organic cuisine. The French Frites style of French Fries or aka shoe string were swimming in a sea of salt without any other condiments. A claim laid on the wall states their French Fries are cooked in 100% olive oil but does not include the main overpowering ingredient: salt! My cheese burger was okay, neither bland nor tasty, as it was a step above a mass produced McDonald’s or Burger King. They do have a loyalty rewards program where, I believe, ten stamps earn a patron an incentive or discount. Elevation Burger does not seem certified organic or USDA approved organic certainly not with the amount of salt induced. The size of the cheese burger was comparable to McDonald’s with more materialistic substance of toppings. One cheese burger at $ 3.99; one French Fries at $ 2.59; one honest tea at $ 2.25 with New York sales tax totaled a whipping $ 8.83… blah! Patrons are to give names for pickup as the staff serve directly to one’s table(s) for personable service. Certainly does NOT elevate my soul!

Rocky Balboa: You know I couldn’t have done nothing without you… Yo Adrian we did it… I think Elevation has the potential to be the In-n-Out of NYC. Yeah, I said it. Tried the Veggie II and the regular cheeseburger with high approval of each.
